Luxury rentals in Irvine

This property looks better in person. 6 adults stayed here for 3 nights and it was spacious enough, comfy, and has all the right amenities and things you need for a weekend! We reserved beach chairs and beach towels as well and they were waiting for us in the garage upon check in. We appreciated the accommodations of an earlier check in and a later check out. My only piece of feedback is to maybe check and see if the ice maker in the freezer is working properly. After the second day we thought it would replenish overnight but it didn’t. Not a huge deal breaker or issue, just something we noticed. Would love to stay here again!

This house is gorgeous. It's so beautiful it's hard to leave and want to eat out. The view is spectacular ! The roof top fire pit is great spot to watch the sunset and yet still stay warm. The beds are cozy and the master has a beautiful fire to keep you warm as well. I especially loved waking up to the amazing bay views each morning. It's definitely a special place to stay. NB Vacations team was very helpful with any questions or issues we had and always did their best to resolve anything. They were very responsive and always very good with communication. I would highly recommend this house and also would next time look at other properties they host.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedding that made for an amazing night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. My family had a great time at Newport beach for some relaxing days after busy Disney days - we loved every minute of it - great place to stay, would definitely recommend and stay again - the additional Bellhopt service is also phenomenal!!! Thanks for hosting us.

This place is a gem. It’s literally a few steps away from the beach in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house itself is a sanctuary, has all your amenities that you might need and want, two terraces to soak up the California sun. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the OC/Newport area.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. We had a few kids/toddlers and a baby. They did reach out prior to advise us of the stairs and railings which may not be as kid friendly and I appreciated that. I made sure the kids were extra careful with adult supervision and made it work. There were plenty of things to do in the area and nice restaurants nearby. The place was clean, comfortable and the host was very responsive. We had enough amenities to cook a few meals as well. We enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again.

This was the second time in the space of a year that we stayed at this property. It’s amazing for young families. Everything in walking distance and literally 100 yards from the beach. Very quiet area, and perfect location to walk around and explore. The property is kept so well, and always super clean and tidy. You really do feel at home here. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Will definitely stay here anytime we’re visiting Newport Beach!
