The apartment and setting are beautiful, and it is very quiet. Kitchen amenities are slightly limited compared to the overall standard of the apartment. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken when we arrived, during a very hot period. The host sought solutions, and we were ultimately compensated for this inconvenience. We'll be happy to go back if the air conditioning is working. 😉

We have arrived very late but were wormly welcome with everything ready for us. Bowl of fresh fruits was nice surprise after long journey. House is perfect as a base to get to the sorrounding beaches and towns to explore beautiful area. We spent one week in the house. Definitely we would like to recommend Andrea and his house for others. House deserve for 100% guest occupancy. Value for price is perfect. There is one problem. We have had to be back to rainy England and workplaces 😏. Definitely would like to come back in the future. Thank you to Andrea and his family. Mariusz, Beata and children. 👌🙌🙌

Jenni&Marco's place is wonderful and they're lovely hosts! The place is located into Sant'Anna Arresi countryside, surrounded by vineyards but, at the same time, very close to the seaside. It's well furnished and hosts also provided us many snacks and amenities. Jenni and Marco are very proactive and provided us several hints about beaches and restaurants. We warmly recommend to stay there is you want to enjoy Sulcis area

The house is very quiet and idyllically located on an unpaved road just outside the village, which can still be reached on foot. From the house, through the large panoramic windows and from the terrace, you have a magnificent view over the beautiful landscape to the sea. The house was clean, very well equipped, spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned. Stephanie was always available, the few problems that occurred during our stay (failure of electricity and water supply after a storm) were resolved impressively quickly. We felt extremely comfortable at the place and had a great vacation.

We are in the countryside. the accommodation is simple but very functional. The outdoor kitchen, the large terrace and the barbecue at the top. With the large garden, you feel very comfortable. Ideal for our 4-legged friends. The central position is never too far from many sites and beaches. The village offers all amenities. Isaco very responsive in advance (we didn't need to ask him during the stay). Small tip to access the accommodation, you have to exit the main road at the terminal km VII / 74. We recommend.

Hi Stefano, I want to share with you my thoughts on the vacation at your home in September 2024, for 18 days. To say thank you for the hospitality and care we found while staying at your property is an understatement. Nothing is missing, it is a gem, we really liked having lunch outside, under the pergola, it was great. Beautiful place, quiet but close to Sant'Anna Arresi (well-kept village) and Porto Pino (5 minutes by car). For those who love to walk or for those who use a bicycle, you can go there safely, there is a bike path. The landscape is a sight, land, sea, greenery, vineyards in short I highly recommend it. You can go to many beaches, in TEULADA (splendid panorama and every day has different colors) and surroundings, we have not seen them all unfortunately but at least we can meet again and continue our dream vacation. Small functional apartment as described. Rather well located to radiate on different sites located around two hours max away. And that's already quite a lot. Food, bars and restaurants within walking distance (between 5 and 10 minutes). Nazca pub Birreria (50m), and Pepe Nero (5mn walk) to name a few… Nicola was a responsive host to each of my requests.

Beautiful home just meters from the sea, family home, comfortable and super well equipped, with a beautiful balcony with a sea view, in quiet and very private surroundings. Massimo and his family are gracious, kind hosts and went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. A hidden gem and a very relaxing stay that we’ll be sure to come back to!
