The covered deck and hot tub allows direct protected access to the lakeside dock equipped with kayaks and paddle boat. The game room includes amenities such as a 420 game video console, shuffleboard/bowling table, toys, books, board and card games.

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.
