Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wander- u. Naturschnee-Skigebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das Skigebiet in 5 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2025 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card per Email.

Gorgeous Traditional Family House & Mountain View

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

Mountains and streams surround this quiet studio in the idyllic center. New Fast Internet. Four good mattresses. Equipped Kitchenette. Balcony with mountain views. Lederhosen wearing locals. Uncrowded trails, skiing, parks, cafes, markets all nearby. Very walkable area. Adventure and Relax Destination in all 4 seasons. Parking in back free if space allows. Beaches nearby on Lake Grundlsee. Mountains trails. Narzissenbad spa open to public.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Gemütliches Apartment in den Alpen

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. A third room is available for bookings of 5 or more guests. We also offer a fire pit for campfires and an outdoor lounge area. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has its own lockable entrance. The triple room is on the same floor as the apartment but must be accessed via the stairwell.

Stock, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn/Esszimmer mit Ausziehsofa, vollständige Kochecke mit Geschirrspüler, für 4-6 Personen geeignet, eigener Balkon und wunderschönes Seepanorama. Unser Garten und der Badeplatz mit Badehütte am Irrsee können genutzt werden. Die Waschmaschine ist für einen Kostenbeitrag nutzbar.
