The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Bichl-Hütte, a hiker's hut with comfort

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and charming space. It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.
