The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high overlooking hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan". In the house, all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palm trees and olive trees with terrace and Jacuzzi.

Vakantiehuis Le Chatelet

This 'en pierres' built blacksmith's house with its adjacent forge breathes history. Around the house, you can enjoy a beautiful green garden, with wise trees and granite boulders. Quiet and freely located, where the two riches of the Morvan meet, water and forest. 50 meters from the Etang d'Yonne, which brings its water via a waterfall into the Yonne. Along the property "runs" the Grande Randonnée, GR13. You start the most beautiful walks from the front door!

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Gîte de la Montagne

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a holiday in the countryside.

Located near the Nivernais canal, "La petite maison", now air-conditioned and revamped, is a little piece of paradise along our meadows overlooking the Morvan and the horses. The calm and space will make you appreciate your stay in a home full of charm and very well equipped (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, sheets, linens and cleaning products provided, appliances). House, very bright and spacious, lost in the heart of Morvan. Large openings onto the forest and the pastures of cows and horses. The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

Isolated cottage located in the Morvan Natural Park, about 3 km from Lake Settons, in the middle of 10 hectares of woods facing a pond, where you can swim, take a pedal boat ride or fish (fishing equipment not provided) At your disposal with accessories: Barbecue, boulodrome, ping pong table, pedal boat, darts and for children: trampoline, swings, water slides, Calm, escape and relaxation guaranteed.

With us, parents and children will find happiness, in a green setting surrounded by meadows! You will have the choice to enjoy the garden, deckchairs, for a relaxing break or to practice many activities on site: swimming pool (open according to weather from early June to end of September: contact us) bad/volleyball court, indoor climbing wall, trampoline, slide, swing, ball games...

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly decorated and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its advantages.

Le Cellier des Moines Gîte (Morvan)

Characterful cottage, adjoining the owner but independent, in the hamlet of Commagny in Moulins-Engilbert (58), located in the membership area of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. Very quiet site, perfect for relaxing, and observing nature and the stars. The late season is often very pleasant in Morvan and the colors of the forests are extraordinary. Sleeps 4 people.
