About this area, Recently it has been certified as a UNESCO Global Geopark.There are national parks, ski resorts, hot spring Places ,organic restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also about 30 minutes to Kanazawa, and has good access to the World Heritage Site and Shirakawa-go. I have Eabikes, , so even if you don't have a car, you can enjoy this area. "Hinoki no ie" is a wooden house surrounded by the nature of the Noto area. It's located right in-between of Kanazawa and Oku-Noto and it's about an hour by car from both, making it convenient for sightseeing. You can relax in the living room, the Japanese-style room or the cozy open space. The bath is made of hinoki, Japanese cypress. When you step into the bathroom your whole body is enveloped in the scent of the wood. The sea is also very close.
