The long forested driveway sets the stage & frames your experience & sets you up for the incredible Salish Sea views from the property. Just gorgeous!

This lovely house was terrific It was carefully set up & we enjoyed the layout, space, outdoor surroundings & especially the peace. A 1 minute walk down a shared driveway across the road took us to the shore & a view of Baby Island. Early morning, the tide was low & gave us the opportunity to walk along the rocky beach. The sunsets were staggeringly lovely & the outdoor lounges were well used during our sunny days. The beds were comfortable & quality linen was appreciated. Shops are about a 10 km drive & well stocked. A few good spots to eat as well The short ferry ride to & from the island runs regularly from 5:00 am & is about a 30/40 min drive to the house.

Just a few minutes from oak harbor, but felt like we were alone on the island. Nestled in tall trees and ringed by salmon berry bushes, the noise of the town and roads was absent; instead, we enjoyed relaxing and watching deer and rabbits, grilling out, and chilling by the fire pit. A great place to stay if you have business on the island!

The location was private and secluded, the yard looked great, the view was beautiful and amazing! There was enough outdoor furniture for everyone. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and gadgets to make cooking meals possible. We have stayed in places where the kitchen was not equipped for that. There were a good number of blankets and pillows. Thomas responded to my questions pretty fast.

Enjoyed the lake view , the paddle boat . Nice area . Our little dog had lots of room to roam in the big back yard . I would stay again . Plenty of parking , we travel with a 12’ cargo trailer .

The home was even better than the description and photos. The beds were very comfortable as was all the furniture. It was fun and relaxing on the chair swing for the adults for the few minutes that the kids weren't enjoying it. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and family friendly games. Last, but not least, we were really happy that there was a high chair and pack-and-play on location, so we didn't have to bring our own. We will definitely look to book again on a future trip to Whidbey.

Fantastic campsite! We had a great weekend on Whidbey Island, and this spot made it even better. After a full day of exploring, it was such a treat to wind down with s’mores by a cozy, pre-set fire, enjoy a meal in the spacious, modern kitchen, take a refreshing shower in the exceptionally clean bathroom, and settle in for a restful night at a truly charming site.

No complaints at all, beautiful home with a Lake view from the back of the house and an ocean view from the front of the house. The beach access is a short walk away. We saw seals, bald eagles and lots of deer. Very beautiful and peaceful. We will be staying here again for sure. The house has everything you need. 10/10 recommend

Beautiful location! Splendid views! Gorgeous home with all the amenities! Roomy and comfortable and totally dreamy. Our host was super responsive, friendly, and kind. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. The swim spa was relaxing, clean, and well cared for. We made treasured memories here. Would 1000% stay here again!

The Gamble house was one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings we’ve stayed at in our 25years of annual girl’s trip. The views were incredible, the location was perfect for a scenic drive to Poulsbo or Olympic National Park. The home’s layout was perfect for families or in our case, a girls trip. The heated pool was a big bonus we didn’t expect for the Pacific Northwest but we enjoyed it in the late afternoon after sightseeing. The host Allison was communicative and had great details for a smooth check-in and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. We would definitely put this listing on our return list!

We were a group of three couples with two kids between us, and the house was perfect for us (air hockey was a hit, as were the spectacular views). When the door code didn’t work on our way in, the agents helped us right away — very responsive.

We had a great stay at Jamie's place! It was perfect for a short family staycation. Our 2-year-old loved watching the deer in the backyard, and our dog had a blast running around the fully fenced yard. The home was comfortable and well-suited for a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing getaway! Our family of 4 spent Father’s Day weekend at this beautiful and cozy home. Everything was top notch! Directions were clear and checkin was flawless. The house itself was the home away from home we’d hoped it would be. It was clean, comfortable, and felt extremely private with all the beautiful trees surrounding the property. We enjoyed the hot tub, the long walks in the amazing private beach, cozying up on the couch or lounging around in the yard. The only downside is that we had to leave! We would 100% stay here (again, and again, and again)!

Our trip to Whidbey to stay at Tasha’s has become an annual event for us. We always look forward to the welcoming home, cool sea breeze and crashing waves. This time was no different and we loved every bit of our stay here. Tasha is an amazing host and extremely proactive. She arranged for me to pick up my purse that I had left behind at the property! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, with a great view. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious.

I stayed solo at Vicki's for two nights while attending an event elsewhere on the peninsula, and it provided a perfect refuge. When the weather was good, I walked five minutes through neighborhood trails down to the beach and Fort Worden. When it rained, I stayed in and cozied up with a cup off coffee. Everything inside & out was just as described, and Vicki was a gracious host, giving me plenty of privacy but offering helpful local recommendations. Can't wait to stay here again next time I'm in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Melody's cabin. From the moment I arrived I was charmed by the view and the cabin itself is much nicer than the photographs convey. It's very spacious, peaceful and private with every amenity you could need. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with easy access to the state park, and the local store. The sunset views were outstanding. Definitely one of my favourite air bnb stays so far! Thank you, Melody, for the hospitality and also being open to dogs. I can confidently say that they also really enjoyed the visit!

wow what a fantastic cabin! it's utterly beautiful, magical, gorgeous and just amazing. the additional extras such as toiletries, oil, herbs, coffee, tea etc made it SO much easier and meant I had things on hand easily for the children and us adults. plenty of towels etc, everywhere was very clean and lots of utensils for cooking etc. we loved getting the fire going (only did it once as it was pretty hot temps when we stayed!) and Kirstin was easily contactable and helped advice with ferry times etc. fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book again!

This was the most peaceful stay, and was everything we wanted. Anne is a fantastic, kind, and helpful host and her property is everything you could want from a small island getaway. Every detail of the home was well thought out and the two of us felt cozy and taken care of during our four days. The area is beautiful and it is an easy drive to various shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. We are already planning our next trip back!

We absolutely loved our 5-night stay here! Even more beautiful than the photos. Such a comfortable and beautiful home surrounded by the forest and incredible views of the bay. Private, quiet and peaceful but a short drive to restaurants, shops and hikes. Hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved seeing deer and chipmunks in the yard daily. One of our favorite airbnbs to date — we’ll be back!
