The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Fall asleep while listening to the waves and admire the views of the ocean from the balcony. Choose from two different strips of white sand, as this location has easy access to both Isla Verde and Pinegrove. Both beaches are great for swimming, walking, water sports or just relaxing on the sand. Pinegrove is also known for its surfing.

BE AWARE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH AUGUST, THE SPOTS ARE LESS DUE TO OWNERS INVITING GUEST TO GHE BEACH FOR HOLIDAYS, ETC. Best to UBER / LIFT around San Juan. Much cheaper too! PLEASE TREAT OUR PLACE AS IF IT IS YOUR OWN. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL.
