Recently remodeled beach-front apartment in Isla Verde located between The Ritz Carlton & El San Juan hotels. Direct access gate to beach & steps away to other Isla Verde beach. Beach sanctuary. Very private balcony with a spectacular view and sounds of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, ice chest. Reserved parking spot in our secure lot. Coin laundry in building. Walk to supermarket, bakery, bars, hotels and restaurants. 3 minutes from SJU airport. Old San Juan is 7 miles away.

Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

We took a room space and added a kitchenette. Do not expect a large studio. FREE WiFi with over 100mbps and Free Parking on an Any Spot Available basis, so is not guaranteed. BE AWARE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH AUGUST, THE SPOTS ARE LESS DUE TO OWNERS INVITING GUEST TO GHE BEACH FOR HOLIDAYS, ETC. Best to UBER / LIFT around San Juan. Much cheaper too! PLEASE TREAT OUR PLACE AS IF IT IS YOUR OWN. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL.
