Apartment holiday rentals in Islesboro

Check-in was quick and simple by following Sean’s instructions and I was quickly inside the AirBnB without issue. I found the parking pass and reparked my car into the lot by the airBnB after initially parking it on the street in front of the AirBnB. The AirBnB was clean, with many windows letting in plenty of light and even had some nice rocking couches. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were as you almost hotel-like. Kitchen had a sink, dishes, a small stove, microwave which worked great. Only thing is, because the location is so convenient and so close to the best restaurants in Belfast, it does get a bit loud from all the cars driving by. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay

We really enjoyed our weekend escape to Belfast. The lodging is nicely located, an easy walk to town. Wonderful spacious place. Had everything we needed.

We had such a good time at Toki's place! She is incredibly kind and communicative, and the Airbnb is beautiful. We went to Acadia National Park, which is about 1hr and 20 min away without traffic. Definitely reccomend, and I would book here again!

It is a beautiful and serene setting just as described with chirping birds at sunrise and gorgeous sunsets. Roger is a charming host and a wonderful storyteller. The apartment is also close to several towns offering good shopping, restaurants and cultural venues.

We loved Samantha's place! It was gorgeous, clean, and had an amazing view! The locals were quite welcoming. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

A very cool place to stay. It's truely off the grid but with the ammenities of a regular house. If you need internet access as I did we found the cell phone reception was very good allowing my phone hotspot to work. The place was immaculate. It's like no one ever stayed there before. Bethany was great a communicating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

John and Lucy's place in Lincolnville is a hidden gem, a quiet, enjoyable world of its own. From the dinner table, there is a commanding woodland view, with a meadow rich in wildflowers sitting just in front of you. Down a trail, a few feet from your front door, is the ocean with a gorgeous panarama of sailing boats and distant islands. Sit down and soak up the salty sea air (chairs are provided!). John and Lucy are very welcoming; their cozy abode is well worth a visit - surprise yourself and relax!

The most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed at! Cozy, quaint, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved our quiet mornings on the deck and the refreshing outdoor shower. The hosts were warm, accommodating, and lovely to communicate with. The location was ideal, and we’d absolutely love to come back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Alison's Bucksport apartment. We did not meet Alison, but she was great at communicating with us. The apartment was clean and comfortable and as advertised on the listing page. The apartment's location is great for walking into town or along the town's river-front walking path. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee while viewing the Penobscot River from the outdoor deck We had a minor issue during our stay, but it was quickly resolved after communicating with Alison. We would happily stay at the "Penthouse" on future visits!

Abby’s place is in a peaceful wooded coastal setting and in a great location for exploring the mid-Maine and Rockland areas. We felt right at home with everything we needed, even for steaming a few lobsters fresh off the boat at Owls Head Lobster. The bed was super cozy and comfortable. The view of bay gave us some wonderful sunrises. There was lots to see and do in Rockland, Tomaston, and Camden which are all nearby. We highly recommend staying at Abby’s place.

The place was well appointed, quiet, clean and my husband and I felt like we could stay there for ever. The kitchen is decorated with retro blue appliances. Plenty of room for cooking, if needed. The hosts were lovely and really made us feel welcome with a beautiful card and copious amounts of snacks and bathroom supplies. I have hosted an Airbnb in the past and earned the honor of being a Super Host. This property is awesome. Don’t hesitate to-book it!

What an incredible place to stay when exploring the coast of Maine. It was centrally located and day trips were super easy. Camden was by far the best community for our stay. Having the harbor right outside our porch was a fantastic way to unwind and read during our downtime. Everyone in town was so nice and welcoming to us. We already are talking about when we could possibly return. This would be a fantastic choice for anyone's future Maine coastal vacation.

Stonington is beautiful. The view is gorgeous, it was quiet. Loved the place had the essentials. I traveled to Bar Harbor a lot maybe it was the time of year but there wasn’t a lot available that I could find to do. It is a little drive but Acadia, restaurants, spa … I didn’t mind the drive. Everywhere in Stonington and Bar harbor closes fairly early but it didn’t really affect my schedule at all. I had a great stay.

Amazing accommodations & very helpful/responsive host! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Also loved the central location! A couple notes for anyone looking to stay - The shower is very small, it wasn’t an issue for us but wanted to note - Pack your sleep mask! The bedroom gets a lot of natural light early in the morning Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve had with Airbnb. It was the perfect oasis while exploring MDI!

I loved staying here! It was close enough to everything but yet it was secluded. Seeing the wildlife every day when we would leave really lifted our spirits. I 100% would stay here again.

We had a great time at the open hearth inn it was a beautiful place and so close to Acadia. The hot tub was fantastic and everything was so clean and comfortable.

Wow, great space and host. I felt right at home. The location is quite perfect, just a few steps from Main Street with restaurants and shopping. Nature trails all around for walking / running. The apartment is very spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need. I stayed for 9 days and I can’t wait to come back!

The spot was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with an easy walk to downtown. Hot tub was great too! We appreciated the privacy in the back area and the flexibility to bring our dog as well.

Perfect studio. Used the jetted tub, nice and relaxing. Lots of extras (new toiletries, coffee, filters, sugar, etc.) much appreciated and used. The view, esp at sunrise, was stunning. Quiet neighbors. The beach store (pizza, sandwiches, salads, coffee and more) was very good. Just down stairs and one building over. (get there early for their muffins) I would certainly stay here again.

We loved the pool side room. Very clean and private. The accommodation exactly what was described. They provided a charcoal grill upon request so we were able to grill out and enjoy the yard. Hope to take advantage of this gem again in the future.
