Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Islington

We had a fantastic stay! The place is beautifully designed. Very fancy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is great, close to everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was definitely a highlight - modern and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Sarah was very sweet and made the whole process a breeze! Her home is comfy and chic, perfect for a girls trip. Would definitely stay again!

Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Oliver's house. We felt right at home and it was super convenient to get to the sights and public transport. thank you

As a family of 5 we enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room, the clothes washer and dryer was a big plus as well as having a kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a grocery store just around the corner and a beautiful canal with cool boats just behind the house. Diane was so kind and responded to every message even before our trip. She even left some goodies for us upon our arrival! There are lots of stairs in this apartment which was fine for us but may not work well for older people. The only downside for our family was the tube stations were a bit far to walk with kids. There are bus stops close by but we found the buses a bit unreliable as sometimes the bus would come earlier than the app stated or the bus at that stop was on diversion after our family had walked there. Of course these transportation issues had nothing to do with Diane's place, just wanted to make note for other families traveling with children. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Lovely! Great little east London neighborhood surrounded by parks and very community feel but not far from the action either — the actual house was perfectly arty and sweet. Great book collection and instruments for music lovers & the garden was absolutely a paradise!! Hosts were communicative and helpful when things came up and the space was clearly loved and cared for. The grocery pick up was also great. 10/10 this place felt like home and a refuge in the London bustle! Thank you!!

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

We had a nice stay at Alma. A bit noisy from the pub downstairs, but it closed at 11, so really not a big issue. Near Angel tube station, and also walking distance to Kings cross. Really helpful staff !

My wife and I stayed at James’s flat for six nights in May. I would recommend it to others. First, the location is as central as it gets in London. I have been coming to London for over 50 years, and this is about as central as you can get without staying at Buckingham Palace. The only downside is that there are a lot of tourists around. But this is London. The living room of the flat can get a little noisy, but the bedroom is very quiet. (I am very noise sensitive.) The bathroom is small but adequate. The living room is very pleasant. There is a new washer and dryer. Finally, James was very easy to deal with and helpful.

What a beautiful apartment with great transport links, lovely area to walk around and everything we needed! The lift into the apartment was a real treat as we’re the thoughtful things left for us! Great bathroom and shower and spacious flat which made our weekend perfect!

We had a great stay at Simone's flat. It is very homely and the little balcony was appreciated :) The living room was bigger than we expected, there are lots of utensils to cook and lots of storage as well. It felt like a place you can stay at for longer stays without any problem. Simone was really reactive and flexible. Would recommend :)

This flat was the perfect place for my family of four. It’s conveniently located to a tube station, shops, and wonderful bakeries and cafes. The flat was really lovely inside, and was very comfortable to hang out together. The outside patio enhanced the vibe of the place, and was perfect for breakfast in the morning and wine at night. This is a one in a million authentic place. We felt like we lived there. Ben and the others we worked with were wonderful. We’ll try to stay here every time we are in London, which is most years.

Notting Hill Glow was exactly as described. On a busy street, but wooden bedroom doors filter almost all of the nighttime noise. Not having air conditioning was not an issue for us as daytime highs were under 80 degrees and nighttime was cooler, but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable if temperatures reached the 90s. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed.

The room itself was very simple. The house and garden is beautiful and I was lucky with the weather and able to sit on the deck. The family were very welcoming.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

The Villa is a beautiful accommodation. Great location. Amazing setting with the horses nearby. The house is immaculate. The host, Michelle, goes above and beyond to accommodate.

Julia’s place is spacious, beautiful, clean and an easy commute for us due to the Elizabeth line train station less than 5 mins walk from the house. Julia was responsive for any questions and we will definitely book again when visiting London.
