This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Calma Beach House - Panoramic Ocean View

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The balcony is covered and glazed towards the north side as a windbreak. The best part is the fantastic panoramic ocean view! A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!

This glass house, with private infinity pool, aims to lessen the barrier between structure and nature. Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

The apartment has an impregnable sea view and is located in the middle of a protected area near the beach of Sotavento, in the south of Fuerteventura. Nearby you will find a pristine beach with fine golden sand and crystal clear turquoise waters. It is an ideal place to practice various water sports . The apartment is fully equipped. Bungalow - Fire - Surf & Yoga Villa

The property and main house were awarded by various architectural newspapers in the 1990s. The newly built ocean-view bungalow "Fuego" is bright and rustically cozy. From the bedroom and bathroom you have a unique view of the Atlantic Ocean. Directly in front of the entrance is the large swimming pool of the main house. On the other side of the pool is the sauna, one staircase higher the hot tub. Right next to the bungalow is the outdoor kitchen and the yoga platform.

Fantastic completely newly renovated vacation home Casa Alfonso, your vacation home right on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma.
