Bolara 60 is a traditional rural stone house (about 250 years old and now beautifully restored) near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The kuća is a guesthouse with 4 guest rooms; we offer dinners, occasional cooking classes and include a great breakfast. Next door is a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the truffle forest and Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

This charming 48m² apartment is ideal for families or couples. It features one bedroom with a 160x200 bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dining area. The apartment is a beautiful spacious space with a light airy bedroom, a completely functional kitchen and a spa bathroom. The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe. The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je lijepo iskustvo! Prostor je bio čist, udoban i dobro opremljen sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Lokacija je odlicna, blizu grada i plaze, ali ujedno mirna i opuštajuća. Posebno zelim pohvaliti Martu, koja je bila nevjerojatno ljubazna i uslužna. Od trenutka dolaska, dočekala me je s osmijehom i dala korisne savjete o mjestima koja vrijedi posjetiti u okolici. Uvijek je bila dostupna za sva pitanja i brige, što je naš boravak učinilo još ugodnijim. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji traže savršenu kombinaciju udobnosti, čistoće i izvanredne usluge. Definitivno se vracam opet!

First reaction, we are in heaven! This place was the cutest most quaint home. Waking up to the beautiful sounds of the birds chirping in the morning. Thomas made us breakfast in the morning. The views were spectacular, town is absolutely adorable. This is a must stop and staying right on site with Sandra and Thomas was perfect! Thank you to the both of you for making our stay amazing!

Marta et ses parents sont des anges, ils donnent bien plus que les services offert et en toute discrétion. Viviana, la petite fée du logis, rend le sol tellement brillant que l'on peut marcher pied nu dans toute la maison avec douceur. Tout activités, commerces sont à 2 pas. personnellement, nous reviendrons avec grande joie mais plutôt hors saison. merci beaucoup pour se merveilleux séjour. Tinke et Nele

Anna & Matt und ihr Team sind wirklich großartige Gastgeber, wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt! Jedes kleine Detail ist mit Liebe gemacht, von der Einrichtung der Zimmer bis zum Frühstück mit all den handgemachten Köstlichkeiten :) Das Abendessen ist wie ein Familienfest, nur leckerer ;) Leider hat es einen Tag sehr stark geregnet, was aber nicht schlimm war, weil wir es uns am Kamin gemütlich machen konnten. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

From the initial booking Lorena’s communication was excellent. She gave me clear instructions on where to park and she met us at the precise time confirmed to take us to the pedestrian zone in her car. The bed was comfortable, bathroom sparkling clean with a good shower head and the balcony was so lovely to sit and soak in the view. Lorena supplied us a large breakfast of scrambled egg, cheeses, tomatoes, cold meats, croissants, yoghurts, fruits, fresh coffee and juice. This was all included in the price of the room. I highly recommend this place.

The beauty of the farm and hospitality of the hosts are unrivaled. We enjoyed conversing with Anna, Matt, and their team, and were made to feel very welcome by them. From the home to the meals, everything at Bolara 60 is done with intention. If you have a chance to attend a dinner - do so! Perfect cozy stay for two to welcome in fall!! We hope to return someday.

hat alles gepasst, war sauber, nettes personal, in die stadt hat man 30minuten. Parkplatz ist nicht direkt bei der Unterkunft. es gibt keinen Kühlschrank. und was echt schrecklich ist beim eingang hat es einen bewegungssensor für das licht und jedesmal wen man auf die toilette geht, geht das Licht an. Das heisst wenn die andere person am schlafen ist und du in der Nacht auf die Toilette gehst brennt das Licht.. echtes No go total bescheuert!!

Alfea und Gabriele haben hier einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen und bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Sie sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber mit denen man sich gerne unterhält. Trotzdem spürt man das Bemühen dem Gast seine Privatsphäre zu lassen. Das Zimmer und die Terasse sind sehr hübsch und der gut gepflegte Pool bietet eine erfrischende Abkühlung nach Ausflügen. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit Duftrosen und anderen herrlichen Blumen. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, Vielen Dank Alfea und Gabriele!

Luka has a very nice hotel with his uncle. The rooms are well renovated and the bed is really comfortable. You have a balcony facing the sea. The welcome was very nice, explaining and showing you everything. Better than in most 5 star hotels 😀. Breakfast is good and the pool in front of the house just gorgeous. Love the place.
