Well equipped and clean apartment in walking distance to beaches and city center. Suzy was very friendly, provided all necessary information and was very responsive to our questions. Would love to come again.

Loved the guests! Very friendly people. Place is just what we wanted. Calling it a “3 star” place does not do it justice, we really liked it.

Our stay at Nenad's was beautiful and relaxing. The house corresponds to the description and pictures. All the necessary household items were present. The small courtyard was often used by us to eat and play. Nenad also picked up our daughter from the airport and brought it into the apartment. Thanks again for this. Nenad also stopped by three times and asked if we needed anything. Thanks also for the olive oil and honey. Tastes very tasty. The apartment is centrally located in the center of [pizzeria, bakery, shopping, fish, vegetables and fruit merchants within a few minutes walking distance. The beach is also accessible by car. We had our bikes with us. We would recommend 1st a visit to the National Park Brijuni. Lend a golf card. It's worth every euro. [You should be there early and fast:)] And 2. A boat tour with the "Kristina" from Fazana to the dolphins. Wonderful and memorable!

It was actually smaller than we expected, but very nice overall. We stayed in late June, so it was quite hot — though we really enjoyed using the whirlpool at night, which was unbelievably good! Communication with the host was great as well. There’s also a good pizza restaurant nearby. I can definitely recommend it for a short stay of a couple of days!

Lovely place to stay! Enough space and a nice shared pool. just keep in mind that the jacuzzi is to be reserved and not always available ( at least Thats what we understood). Further than that very nice place to stay

Our stay here was the most beautiful in many years of Croatia vacations. Our hosts were so friendly, helpful and accommodating, the amenities of the house are just perfect. Everything was super clean and the kitchen lacked nothing. An additional plus is the great Wihrlpool in the garden. A big thank you to Mirjana and Josef for their hospitality. We'll be back for sure!

we were pleasantly surprised that everything is new and well made. Karina and her husband are very responsive and pleasant people. There were capsules in coffee machines, in important rooms all the accessories, I mean everything is thought out. I advise everyone.

During our 2 week stay in Matulji, we had such a great time and our Airbnb hosts were accommodating and very friendly. The apartment had all housing items needed during our time and it was the perfect size for two people. One of the best perks of staying here was being able to utilize the patio and grill amenities to enjoy our meals and spend evenings outside. At various times we did have questions for recommendations and our hosts were very prompt in offering suggestions. Our favorite restaurant recommendations were Mala Riba, Oštarija Osojnak, and Pizzeria Rustica. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others to reserve with Snježana.

Siniša and his family are wonderful hosts! Friendly, smiling and there to jump in and give advice. And the accommodation itself is very sweet - a house of wonderful design is nicely tucked away in a quiet part of the city, surrounded by a garden and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is also a big plus that it has a parking space and you are in the city center in no time. Warm recommendation!

It was a very great stay with Ana and her father. They are very friendly, helpful and empathetic. Super clean, beautiful view and very close to a great beach! :) We felt right at home. The sofa bed is also very comfortable! Thanks for everything and all the best :)

The landlord was extremely nice. He and his wife went out of their way to make sure everything worked out. There were also a few friends and that wasn't a problem either. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The apartment also smells very fresh and pleasant. Climate works perfectly and the spaces are very large. Overall, it was very nice there and thanks again to Drazén and his wife :)

Lovely stay. Slightly small - lacked some things in the kitchen, extremely simple. But super cozy, peaceful place.

The accommodation with the balcony was extremely nice. You can relax very well here and have a drink in the garden in the evening.

Biserka is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation is impeccable and very functional. Free parking is a real plus. Biserka helped us with activities and is full of nice touches for her guests. I highly recommend this place.

It’s a lovely place to stay. The host was even better - satisfied all our need, answered all of our questions, provided lots of recommendations on things to see and restaurants for dinner. Even offered to book a table in the restaurant for us, since they were all full. Highly recommended!

The place was clean and tidy and we were even able to check in earlier than planned. Communication went smoothly and the place was exactly as described!

When you think about a peaceful and private place to be, this is it. Dijana’s house is incredibly unique and beautiful. It is located in a small, quiet, and authentic Istrian village. The whole time there, we felt like we were at home. Dijana is a fantastic host, friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. All the small details were covered, from spot-clean, beautifully decorated linens and Dijana’s cosmetic accessories to freshly baked and delicious homemade bread. I’m thrilled we found this jam in Istria, and we will definitely come again. Thank you, Dijana, for everything. 🤗

Everything was great. Željka is very friendly and nice. I felt right at home. The room was tidy and clean. Bed was comfortable and the balcony has a nice view. The optional breakfast was good too. Maybe I will visit again one day!

I had a wonderful stay at Klaus’s place! He was very friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and I would definitely come back again!🙂

Nice place, friendly host

Klemen was a very friendly host who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He provided us with great local recommendations, gave us access to bikes. The Airbnb is conveniently located near a supermarket and the bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding towns and beaches. The place was perfect for us as three adults. We especially loved the large terrace, where we enjoyed game nights and quiet reading sessions. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommended!
