The building, which is a renovated old-fashioned house, is 132㎡ 4LDK, and you can see the sea from each bedroom on the 2nd floor. About 1 hour and half from Tokyo, about 10 minutes by car from Ichinomiya and Higashinami, famous as a surfing spot. It's a great area to enjoy the weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The local beach is a 2-minute walk away. The Garden Villa Kujukuri You can rent the entire 200 m² resort villa near the sea. With a maximum capacity of 15 people and pets allowed, you can enjoy it with multiple families, groups of friends, and your favorite pets. It is conveniently located 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 10 minutes on foot to the beach (Shirako Coast), and 1 minute on foot to a convenience store, making it popular with families with children. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and open-air bath (water bath available) while looking out at the palm trees and large garden. There is also a covered BBQ space and a fire pit on the wood deck. In addition, the entire yard is surrounded by a fence, so it is a private dog run. Indoors, there is a ping pong table in the playroom and board/card games in the living room. You can watch Netflix on the large TV in the living room. The kitchen and dining room on the ground floor are popular for cooking and dining for large groups, and are close to the BBQ space and easy to use. Welcome to my listing, "Umi Oyabun"! I'm Shou, the owner. What kind of inn is this? I don't have the vocabulary, so I'll quote and introduce reviews from guests. Honestly, it's a great private lodging that I wouldn't recommend to others. Best location A beautifully renovated old house with a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room, while smelling of the sea. The sea is close, 5 minutes. The supermarket is close, 2 minutes. Full support for sea leisure When you come back from the beach, 1. You can wash your tent and cooler box at the parking lot showers. 2. You can wash your whole body in the beautiful outdoor hot water shower. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are available. 3. If you wash and dry your swimsuit, it will be dry the next morning. The water pressure, cleanliness, and flow line design are perfect. Killer Content: Shichirin BBQ If you prepare the ingredients, you can enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. While enjoying the scent and heat of charcoal, if you look up, you can smell the cool scent of the sea breeze and grass at sunset. We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while drinking whiskey soda. I absolutely recommend it.

This is a Showa-era house in the countryside near Tsurigasaki Beach, close to Taitokai Beach in Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture. Please come by car or take a taxi from Daito Station. You can barbecue in the yard and it is well equipped. The garden is also a large property, so you can stay with your pets. Taitokai Beach, Yoro Valley, and Onjuku Coast are also nearby. It is a great place to stay in the summer.
