The building, which is a renovated old-fashioned house, is 132㎡ 4LDK, and you can see the sea from each bedroom on the 2nd floor. About 1 hour and half from Tokyo, about 10 minutes by car from Ichinomiya and Higashinami, famous as a surfing spot. It's a great area to enjoy the weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The local beach is a 2-minute walk away. Nice to meet you! This house is a renovated villa that belonged to my grandfather. It's right in front of the sea, so please enjoy! ・ The location is the best! Beautiful sandy beach right in front of you! There is a town pool right next door. You can spread a vinyl pool in the garden or parking lot! (I did when I was little!) 10-minute walk from the station. Both supermarkets and convenience stores are conveniently located a 7-minute walk away. BBQ BBQ grills, tables and chairs are available for free. Please bring your own charcoal, grill, ingredients, and condiments. BBQ is allowed until 8 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors. - Large screen We have installed a 100-inch screen. It also serves as a television. You can watch Hikari TV and Amazon Prime Video. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea.
