Iury's accommodation is excellent. The house is wonderful and because it is in the city center, you can do everything on foot. Communication with Iury was always quick and easy. I'll definitely come back more often.

The space is super quiet and comfortable. Willian is a great host and was very attentive and polite. When I return to the city, I will certainly choose again.

I was last week at the house of Thiago and Cinthia , a very nice house, very cool, cozy, with an environment for leisure and games, very good, the house very clean, all that is in the ad is what they really deliver, it's worth it. Everything you need to spend a few days and feel at home, at ease, the house has it. Super attentive hosts and whenever I needed them, they were very helpful and polite. I am a lot of detail and one that caught my attention, it was a welcome note with bonbons. Congratulations Thiago and family for hospitality.

The house is very beautiful, well cared for and clean. I went with my family and we enjoyed a lot! The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the street is super quiet. Check in was easy and quick, and the outside area gives an extra charm in place. Jean was very attentive and took all the questions. We recommend it!

From the beginning Fábio was always very helpful, polite and responded to us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it seemed like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with respect to utensils. We are comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... The neighborhood is super safe, quiet and very pleasant for walking tours. Without a doubt, it was one of the best stays I have ever had. The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). The hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! High-end accommodation. I was in the apartment with my wife and our 3-year-old son. The building has an excellent laundry room, and other very useful spaces. Clean, quiet environment and very beautiful view of the beach. We had a very happy experience!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

We were very welcome by Mia's mother,very kind and receptive! The apartment is beautiful, new with everything we needed. Quiet Neighborhood with family, supermarkets, shops and bakeries. We love to stay in the apartment of Mia! We would definitely stay with her again! I highly recommend it!

Apartment... on the beach. Excellent location... I think the only thing missing is a closet or furniture in the rooms where you can leave your clothes, since it only has a small shelf... everything else is fine... excellent location meters from everything... you don't need a car 👏👏
