The house is located 30 meters from the beach. It has a balcony on the upper floor (with sea view) and a lower one, with hooks for hanging hammocks. It has a garage for 3 cars. There are 4 bedrooms with beds for 17 people (this is the maximum occupancy allowed) and four bathrooms (one in the suite). The suite is on the ground floor. It has a barbecue area, dining room, pantry, living room with fireplace, laundry room and equipped kitchen. We have Wi-Fi. The house is 7 minutes from the center (by car). We don't have a TV.
