Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Itapecerica da Serra

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

They delivered more than promised!

Ana was a lovely person, to get to the farm I think you walk about 8 km on a dirt road, but she sent the instructions with the sign, it's easy to get there without mistakes, She was a sweetheart, as it was cold she even left firewood to make a fire at night.. If you are looking for a place to relax, I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back more often...

It was simply spectacular, from start to finish. The house exceeded all my expectations — everything is even more beautiful and charming than in the photos. The space is magical, surrounded by a lot of greenery, with a delicious climate and a unique energy. The place is exactly like the photos very cozy, clean and well taken care of. I felt super comfortable during the stay. I like it so much that I intend to rent again within a few days. I highly recommend it for sure!

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

It was a quiet stay, it was possible to see that it is a family place, so I felt very safe! Flavia was proactive, even giving me a great help on a day when one of my AirBnb colleagues slept and locked me out haha Some men play a lot of soccer nearby, but it's not something the host can control. Putting on a headset solves it :) Other than that, I had a little WiFi instability and difficulty finding Uber sometimes (again, something the host can't control, so it's not her fault). The house was super clean and organized when we arrived, we noticed a lot of care and dedication! Communication 10/10 too, Flavia always responded very quickly! There is a market, pharmacy and subway nearby! Thank you so much for having us, Flavia!

Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived, it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but otherwise the stay was excellent.

We felt very comfortable, and the activities at the Hospital that we had scheduled were incredibly facilitated since the distance is very close.

Our choice for family accommodation was spot on! Maickon helped us from the beginning to the end of our stay, provided all the necessary support and made us feel very comfortable in our accommodation! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for the comfort and practicality of a stay that we don't find in hotels! The location is excellent, offering easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, shopping malls, as well as easy transportation between the best neighborhoods in São Paulo. The apartment and building facilities are identical to the photos. The host helps with directions to the subway, iFood, restaurants, bakery. It has an iron and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view even though it's in São Paulo. Very top-notch gym, it also has a heated pool. It was so cold that we didn't even need the air conditioning. The bath is wonderful and there is a grocery store, a snack bar on the ground floor of the building. I highly recommend it and it will already be a point of support in the next trips to SP.

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The academy is very practical

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
