SEA FRONT. There are 4 bedrooms (Couple Suite, Couple Room, Couple Room with Bunk Bed and Single Suite). It has a spectacular balcony, with armchairs and a barbecue area, where you can see the sea from a view of the entire Itapema and Meia-Praia beaches. The apartment is close to supermarkets, Havan, restaurants, bars, public transportation and the city center. You'll love our space because it's in the quietest part of the beach. Our apartment is excellent for couples and families (with kids).

In the central area of Meia Praia, a building facing the sea (side apartment). Close to bars, shopping, restaurants and pharmacies. It has a barbecue, internet, garage, 2 bedrooms (01 en-suite with a double bed) and 2 single beds, 01 social bathroom, fully furnished apartment and full kitchen. Bath towels and bed linens. We don't have umbrellas and chairs, but you can rent them from a kiosk in front of the apartment :) NOTE: there is currently a nearby construction project in progress.
