the place is perfect, close to the sea but on the main street that is beautiful, has everything, restaurants, pizzeria, drugstores, supermarkets, shops of grif... the apt is great, quiet, spacious, clean, pleasant. Wonderful stay, I recommend.

The stay was great, a great location, but the view to the sea is disturbed by the buildings under construction. The description of the apt is perfect, the host was receptive and polite.

Perfect. Host and Co-hosts are cordial, helpful, objective, and respond quickly, always willing to help, tireless. Impeccable apartment, with necessary utensils, clean, organized, cozy, excellent wifi speed, with a beautiful view of the sea. Wonderful shower. Quiet condominium (May/25). Parking box, good size and easy to maneuver. For large cars (size), the internal garage access is delicate. In general, there are places on the street in front of the building. Street is normally quiet. 24-hour concierge. The Condominium has leisure areas, swimming pool, jogging track, reading corner, game room, 24h/self service supermarket, laundry, sauna, etc... Local merchants, service providers (in general) are friendly. Beach/waterfront, clean, pleasant. Next to Meia Praia, near the Bombinhas region, Bal. Camboriú, Itajaí, ... a very good region, with many options.

Aconchegante, well decorated, organized, has everything we need, exactly as the announcement, close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, market. Easy access to the beach. Super recommend it, and if everything goes well next year we'll be there again.

Great duplex for families!* The apartment comfortably accommodated our family of 12. The pictures correspond to the listing, and we take a great advantage of the pool, the bbq and the TV. Great location in Itapema – recommended for large groups!

Flat is great, we were in two people, but fit comfortably four, as the sofa bed is very comfortable and also has air conditioning in the living room. The atmosphere is new, clean, with useful cookware and comfortable furniture. The location is very good, it is close to the beach, we stayed in March and we had no difficulty getting around by car to all the beaches of Itapema. Note Important: Parking inside the building requires skill of the kkkk driver but the street is very quiet for those who prefer to leave the car in front of the building. I loved the city and I intend to go back.

Larger in person, excellent location, 2 two blocks from the main street, everything is nearby. Ideal for spending a few beautiful days on vacation. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

i have no words to describe the 5 days I stayed in this apartment!! everything impeccable. kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms all perfect!! the location is great.. and not to mention that it is not time for you to go down to the beach there is a box for the beach chairs and toys for the children!! without you taking all the hahaha beach trenches everywhere. the only issue that was missing for us that we have children and a smartv tv!! more was also great because the children enjoyed without screens!! more who likes and good to bring a chromecast.

The apartment is excellent and corresponds to what is advertised. Ample space, 3 en-suites with air-conditioning and TV, great kitchen, close to the beach, impeccable. We were two couples and one person and it fully met expectations. I thank Daniela, who was very quick to pass on the instructions related to the property, how to access it and other details.

Francielle's space is much better in person, everything is extremely clean and fragrant. From the moment I made the reservation, she was always very helpful and attentive! We still receive some treats from Fran! I highly recommend it!

I was in Ester's place with my elderly parents and my sister. We searched for a place that was comfortable, which had rooms available for everyone, easy access garage, elevator and was close to the beach and markets, bakeries and convenience stores and her apartment exceeded our expectations. It is one of the few environments of Itapema that offers bed and bath linens without extra charge and also washing machine, which makes it much easier for those who go to Santa Catarina by plane. Communication with the host was very easy. The district responds quickly, with lots of sympathy and education. I will definitely reserve the space again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Itapema.

The stay was excellent. Aparamento clean, organized, excellent location, very close to the beach, pharmacy and market, bringing a lot of convenience. For those with a child it is a safe place, because it is close to the beach and the access to it to be inside the building. Sr Roberto we received extremely polite and kind. We were very well received and with a snack in the kitchen, ice-cold water, everything great. Congratulations to Mr. Roberto and Marina, we will definitely return to the apartment. We wish for an excellent year and highly recommend the rental.
