HEATED POOL — ONE OF THE ONLY ONES IN THE REGION With affection in every corner, this house honors my grandmother. The exclusive pool is heated and treated with salt (gentler on skin and hair). It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

Casa Rústica is a small, very cozy wooden house, located in a very quiet neighborhood. The street of the house is sandy, so it is rustic, and the beach near the house is rustic too. It is located 5 km from downtown Itapoa towards the port, which makes it a great house to rest. The sea is 400 meters away and has no boardwalk. It is a beach with fewer people, usually in the morning and late afternoon. We have a sandy shore by the sea, but we are also suffering from the advance of the sea.

Our house is new, on an individual and spacious lot, very cozy, airy, 2 bedrooms, one suite, AIR-CONDITIONING in the bedrooms, open concept, the environments are integrated, pergola and barbecue area. The 450m² plot is ideal for children and their pets to play and have fun. The environment allows you to integrate your family and friends, it is close to the beach, 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walking. We have barbecue or meal utensils, bed linens. You'll feel at home.

We are close to supermarkets, a pharmacy, shops, restaurants and snack bars; but the house is also equipped for chefs and cooks; from a barbecue grill to a paella pan. 8 people can be accommodated comfortably! The garage holds up to 3 cars. And there's still a big backyard to enjoy! It's a delicious Jacuzzi to relax in. It's the perfect place for your vacation! <3
