Holiday rentals with beach access in Itapoá

From the moment of booking, João was very attentive, always responding quickly. The apartment's location is excellent, close to two very good beaches, as well as being next to the main street, close to several restaurants and shops. Very comfortable apartment, with air conditioning in all rooms, including the living room, in addition to having all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. We checked in and out with Rosangela, who welcomed us with great sympathy and was very helpful.

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Great experience! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy and well decorated. The location near the beach was perfect for our stay, allowing us to enjoy the peaceful environment and natural beauty. Everything was clean and well organized, which made us feel right at home. I certainly recommend it and will stay again if I have the opportunity!

Our stay was great. The hostess welcomed us very well, very polite, I felt welcomed as if I was at home. The place was fully organized and clean. Since the theme was Easter, there were decorations as such. I highly recommend it!

Amazing Experience! The impeccable apartment! Clean and beautiful. The on-site stay was perfect and made it possible to travel quietly, calm and with good times. Well-equipped townhouse, with everything a family with a child needs (there was even a small mattress to place next to the bed for a baby - we use for our 5-year-old haha baby)! It's well worth it! Polite, helpful and quick to respond hosts. 20 years ago my parents choose to visit Itapoá, once a year, until today it was the best place we stayed!

14 days of great tranquility and security. very cordial host and available to our needs. even offering a delicious pineapple cuca. Very well tended pool, offer of chairs and sunguard tbm to be taken to the beach. very pleasant outdoor space with option of shower, full bathroom and barbecue, stove, fridge, washing machine. in general, the spaces of the house itself provided a stay with an expected rest. we will possibly return.

We spent great days with the family, the quiet and very family beach, perfect house, without defects, all very good taste. Patrícia always answered super quickly all the questions I had before closing the reservation and the questions afterward as well.

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as in the pictures (or even better!). The location is excellent for those who seek peace, contact with nature and a real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super solicitous, caring and showed real concern about our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we're already in the mood to come back! I recommend with my eyes closed. 💛

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Apartment served us perfectly! Well cozy, clean, had everything we needed, size of the barbecue served us well and 2 high image quality TVs. None of those 20" tube TVs. Excellent Internet. Well decorated. I recommend it.

Apartamento has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Check in and check out electronics which makes it very easy. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

My husband and I stayed a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was impeccably clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils are new, all very well decorated and the construction finish is very well done. The owners Dulce and Sol were very delicate, welcomed us very well, were available throughout the stay and even though they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and lines. If you want to walk, hear the sound of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't want to cook, you'll find food options near this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fish shops nearby. Guaratuba's municipal administration has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but there is nothing to disrupt your vacation or rest.

I highly recommend the apartment. Well structured and clean. They are very organized, the condominium is secure and the beach is practically private. We'll be back!
