Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. The Black Diamond hiking and biking trail is also right at your doorstep.

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Contact host re 4th bedroom (has own separate entrance; is separable from rest of apt). It is almost always available. The sunroom has a grand piano, waiting to be played. The open kitchen has marble countertops, a brick chimney and a six-burner stove. We left you wine, beer and chocolate. Enjoy!
