The house is in a picturesque corner of the Carpathians - the city of Yaremche, near the highway in Ivano-Frankivsk. Near the house there is a beech forest (50m) and on the other side the Prut River (150m) the estate has a kitchen with everything you need, an area on the third floor with a soft part and a flat-screen TV and gorgeous scenery. The nearest cafe is 200 m away, grocery stores 150 m away, center 500 m away. Bukovel resort 40 km away, train station 1.3 km away, bus station 1km away.

On the second floor there are 3 double rooms (wardrobe, TV; two rooms have a balcony; in one bathroom — shower, toilet, washbasin); bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin, washbasin,hair dryer).
