¡Nuestra estancia fue excelente! La casa está impecablemente limpia, muy bien cuidada y equipada con todo lo que uno puede necesitar: desde utensilios de cocina hasta plancha, secadora de cabello y más. Las camas son súper cómodas, la piscina está limpia y en perfectas condiciones, y el ambiente es muy agradable. Además, Juan, el anfitrión, fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. Sin duda, una experiencia espectacular. ¡Volveríamos encantados!

Está muy bien, el coto muy bonito y cuidado, el precio perfecto, las camas son cómodas, hay que tomar en cuenta que si está algo retirado de supermercados grandes, aunque hay un Oxxo y farmacia cerca.

El lugar fue muy agradable, nos sentimos como en casa, no batallamos para nada, tenía todas las amenidades de la descripción. Con gusto volveríamos aquí. Excelente lugar 😊

Wonderful stay! My husband and I loved this property. Only one block away from some really amazing restaurants and only a couple minutes away from the beach! Bill was a great host and very responsive.

Una estancia muy agradable, la casa es grande, útil que tiene 3 baños completos, toda la casa está climatizada con el aire acondicionado, la ubicación es segura, no me metí a la alberca pero se veía limpia y tiene el gran plus de que facturan, tuve algunas dudas sobre el alojamiento durante mi estancia y me contestaban muy rápido y siempre pendientes, estancia muy recomendada, muy cerca de Nuevo Vallarta y me estuve moviendo para Playa los muertos en Puerto Vallarta, me quedaba a media hora pero no se sentía un trayecto largo, siento que está bien ubicado el airbnb

They’re basically your go-to for all the best spots! 🍕🌮. They’re really good at responding too!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Tenia mis dudas si estaba cerca de la playa y realmente si esta cerca esta a solo 1 cuadra, esta muy agusto, tienes una farmacia y oxxo cerca. Todo muy agusto, hay alberca y jacuzzi disponible con una vista bella. Lo malo es que debes estacionarte algo retirado si es que llueve porque comentan que se inunda, a nosotros no nos toco que lloviera por lo que dejamos nuestro auto enfrente y no tuvimos ningun inconveniente

muy bonito el lugar, se cuenta con un oxxo y un walmart muy cercano. disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y volveríamos a ir nuevamente. agradezco la atención de siempre estar al pendiente

Rocio is a wonderful host. She is a great communicator, caring, fast to respond to messages, and resolve any issues in a very short time. Rocio and Alma are the friendliest hostesses that I have ever met. They are a great team, and they take their hospitality seriously and with pride, and all they really care about is for the guests to have a wonderful stay. The apartment exceeded my expectations, and it was super clean. I loved the many small details within the apartment. Beds, mattresses, pillows, sheets and towels were like new, and free from any odour. Great kitchen with all necessities. Very safe apartment, and airy. Never needed to use AC. I loved the fully fenced outside area with a washer and dryer. Didn’t use the dryer, and ample clothes lines to hang clothes to dry. Never used or needed a car, because there is bus stop right in front of condo to and from the airport and downtown. All and all this stay was the best experience ever. Highly recommend. Well deserved a 5 star.

I spent 6 days here and I’m glad I chose this place to stay! A super short walk (less than 300 steps) to a beautiful beach and very close to downtown! I had wanted to do a lot of yoga during my stay and it was close to two great yoga studios! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment as well. I had trouble opening the key lockbox on arrival but laeticia’s (Latricia was out of town) crew was immediately responsive and made sure I got in. The air conditioning was great! I saw another post that mentioned there was no door on the bathroom and while I was by myself I felt like the shape of those barroom offered enough privacy! Loved the outdoor kitchen - so great to have coffee there each morning! I would stay here again! Very safe neighborhood as well, I am a single woman and felt safe at all times!

Estamos agradecidos por la estancia, creo que la ubicación fue excelente para las actividades que hicimos, fácil salir para bahía de banderas y para llegar al centro también. Tiene una excelente decoración y su cocina muy completa . Ligeros ruidos por la noches y algo molesto el sol por las tardes.

Excelente servicio por parte de Sand Pacific Rentals, me gustó mucho las amenidades que dejaron en el departamento habla de buenos anfitriones, atendieron de inmediato a mis dudas o preguntas y dieron solución, en general excelente atención.

Lugar sumamente cómodo, con las amenidades necesarias. El anfitrión bastante al pendiente ante cualquier duda. Debido a las lluvias se fue la luz en el publo y el anfitrión estuvo al pendiente en todo momento hasta que se resolvió el problema. Bastante recomendable

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Sin duda es el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado, el departamento maravilloso , se nota que le ponen cariño a todo lo que hay en él y al servicio que realizan. Todo espectacular, de calidad.

Multiple time guest, can’t wait for next trip already. Trustworthy and communicable host. One of our favorite spots to stay in PV for great access and amenities. Surf vibe is fun. Best part of the day is coming back to cold air conditioning, waterfall shower, and melt into the comfortable bed. Very secure and multiple locked doors to reach pool, lobby, and elevator access. The pool and general building rules are held up, it makes the experience great. Rooftop bar is killer, great new addition. There are 5 to 10 restaurants within a few blocks that are world class… seriously! Walkable to the beach or taxis are right there for a 2 minute ride.

Excelente alojamiento, muy recomendable. El condominio tiene muy buenas amenidades. las piscinas tienen agua caliente. Acceso a la playa. estacionamiento muy amplio. el departamento muy cómodo con todos los servicios y en muy buen estado.
