The house was completely remodeled in 2020 including all new housewares and furnishings with new upgrades added since. There are 2 queen beds with mosquito nets and fans to keep 1-4 guests sleeping comfortably. There's a full kitchen for cooking, and the house is just a few minutes walk to stores and restaurants. A locking bodega is also provided for guests.

El Jardin also has a wonderful spacious communal area that includes a full equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and oceanfront yard for all guests to use. A manager lives permanently on site. He is there to take care of the land, property and also help guests with any questions they might have.
