A house in the middle of a forest. Enjoy mountain life in one of the few magnificent old houses built by Miyadaiku. At the house at the end of a fairytale forest road, you can BBQ, make a fire, boil a Goemon bath, and enjoy natural play that can only be experienced in the mountains. There are no street lights, and at night you can see the starry sky. Spending time feeling the mountain with all your senses, which can be seen in different ways depending on the season, reminds you of the rich, peaceful time that has been forgotten in modern times. Centered on a magnificent large pillar, it is an old house with earthen walls and built-in storage, but the first floor is covered with pure cedar boards, giving it a new feel. The water area features a newly built island kitchen and a large wash basin. The bath is a Goemon bath that uses both wood and gas, so you can cook with wood or use hot water. Outside the house, there is a friendly sign cat named Aosuke, who will come up to you if you are outside. It is located about 15 minutes by car from the Ishikari Mountain ropeway, making it easy to get to the mountains.

A natural house close to Shimojana Station and the sea

20 mins walk from Shimonada Station.3 minutes by car. We will provide free pick-up and drop-off by car. It is a 13-minute walk from Kushigahara Station. It is a house with the sea in front of it, behind the Shiojiro restaurant, and a convenience store is 30 seconds away on foot. Of course, the whole house is rented.It can accommodate up to 6 people. The sea is beautiful, and the mountains are also beautiful in Shimonada. There is a small private beach in front of the house.I think those who love nature will enjoy it. "Log House" on Ikuchi Island

We have the second house in Ikuchi Island. You can stay there whenever we don't use it. Please check in between 3pm and 9pm. Please pick up this house key from the key case on the premises. There is no WIFI in this house. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There is a cafe nearby, but it closes at 5pm. There are no street lamps around the neighborhood. Please turn on the outdoor light when stepping out at night.
