Everything is ready for you with clean AIR, a SHELTERED PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, Wi-Fi, heating with a FIREPLACE, IP TV, INTERNET, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, towels, and barbecue facilities. 1 km to the waterfall, 15 km to Ormanya, 20 km to the Izmit coast, 25 km to Kandıra, which is famous for its beaches, and 19 km to the Ski Center. We welcome our guests who want to get away from the city and enjoy nature to our farmhouse with a PRIVATE SWIMMING pool.

Our place is the only Bungalow with a completely sheltered nature view in a 5-acre garden in the Eşmeahmediye neighborhood of Kartepe Loft floor double bed Two separate single rooms downstairs Living room for one person Accommodates 5 adults and a baby. We have underfloor heating, air conditioning and a fireplace. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 3x6 hot pool, barbecue and fire pit in our garden, and we have a generator to avoid being affected by power outages. We only accept families and groups of girls.
