Host was sooooo lovely ! Property was bigger than we were expecting which was great bonus. Perfect location. Beautiful streets We had a plumbing issue which was rectified within the hour of advising the host. They are very quick to respond to any queries we had. I could not recommend rate this accommodation and the host any higher.

We had a wonderful stay here. Apartment was very clean and the host was super responsive when minor issues came up. Location is fantastic! Would stay here again.

Our stay at Menti’s stunning apartment in the heart of Istanbul was pure magic! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully styled with a mix of modern and Turkish charm, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Menti was an absolute gem, welcoming us with warm hospitality, helping to organize transport to/from the airport and sharing insider tips on the best local spots. Waking up to the sounds of the city and sipping Turkish tea or raki on the terrace while watching the sunset was pure bliss. This place is a must-stay for anyone visiting Istanbul, and we're already planning our return. Can't recommend this Istanbul treasure enough to anyone exploring this vibrant city! Erdem was the best host we’ve ever had. His apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The furniture is beautiful and high quality. I would recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul. The location is great for getting anywhere. Close to port and public transportation. Only took 20 minutes to get to old town. The place was immaculate and had all the amenities you would ever need. Great communication and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Erdem!

fantastic air b n b. Great location. close to super market, lots of Greta restaurants, ferry port, T1 tram. so easy to get to the tourist attractions but in my opinion a nicer area to stay than actually staying in sultan Ahmed. the only thing that lets it down is the bathroom door not closing properly. the little kitchen was great, we could make our own breakfast each day. a little noisy at night but we mostly slept fine.

Really good sized bed in a separate bedroom area to the lounge which was good. Decent shower and bathroom. Lovely rooftop terrace with great view. Someone at reception all the time and they were always friendly and accommodating to any requests. Istanbul is very hilly and whilst this property is in a very convenient and interesting area, it is on a steep hill, so requires residents to have good mobility. There is a lift in the property which is very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gallata rooms and in Istanbul.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Airbnb’yi Türkiye dışına çıkınca bazen kullanıyorum. Çok değer verdiğim bir bayiim, ailesi ile birlikte İstanbul’u ziyaret edince Türkiyede ilk defa kullandım. Doğrusu biraz tedirgindim. İyi ki Rıza’ya denk gelmişim. Misafirlerime beni mahçup etmediği için kendisine çok çok teşekkür ediyorum. Misafirlerimin çoğu ihtiyacı için ilgilenmeme bile gerek kalmadı, Rıza Hepsi ile çok iyi ilgilendi. Havaalanı transferlerinden yerel marketlere kadar, restoranlardan gezilecek noktalara kadar yardımcı oldu. Hatta onlara ufak sürprizler bile hazırlamış. Herşey için çok ama çok teşekkür ederim kardeşim.

Wir haben das authentische Viertel, abseits des Istanbuler Touri-Wahns sehr genossen und uns im Haus wohlgefühlt. Merve ist supernett und wie Ozkan absolut unkompliziert.

Great place to stay! Wonderful location, very close to public transportation, lots to do. Very clean, spacious and roomy apartment. Very comfortable sleeping. The AC was a bonus. Great view from the balcony, very safe building.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. Die Wohnung von Lisa war wunderschön ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer kann man eventuell mit besseren Matratze optimieren. Für die Personen, die im Wohnzimmer schlafen wollten, die Fenstern waren nicht dicht und ohne Rollladen (Jalousien). Schnelle Reaktionen auf die Wünsche wie 2. schlüssel.

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

The host was very nice and friendly. About the place-good location, near by Taxim metro and easy to get to all Istanbul locations and to/from airport. It’s safe place and like in all metropolitan areas you should expect loud noise from the outside, nightlife, prostitution near by and street life. The city never sleeps so, if you looking for quiet places this is definitely not the one.

We had a fantastic stay at Aaron’s place just down the street from Galata Tower! The apartment was full of charm—beautifully designed with exposed brick, large windows, and lots of natural light. The location was perfect: walking distance to great cafes, shops, and public transit, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. Aaron was a responsive, professional, and friendly host—quick to help with any questions and made us feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth, and the space felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!
