I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

A very charming house in the heart of Ada. Everything was perfect. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The host Shakti is a wonderful woman. We were able to communicate quickly at all times, and he was very helpful in every situation. It was an accommodation that I would prefer again and again. I'm already thinking about the next one:))

Thank you Fatih! We really enjoyed our stay. There were so many good restaurants within 1-5 minute walk away from the AirBnB. It is located right next to other great shopping locations for clothes, souvenirs, pharmacy, etc. Despite being next to a ton of restaurants and bars, you cannot hear any outside noise with the windows closed. So once we wanted to relax and sleep, there were no distractions. It’s also 10 minute walk to the metro, bus station that connects to the rest of the Asian side and to the ferry ports that go to Kariköy, Eminonou, and Princes’ Islands. Will definitely be requesting to stay here again.

A safe place where you can enjoy a smooth stay, a place where you can see the nature and city view in one frame, the forest view during the day and the city lights at night are truly magnificent, all kinds of tools and equipment to meet your needs are available in the house, you don't have to worry about anything, and finally, there is parking everywhere, I definitely recommend it

The house was clean, convenient and full of sufficient furniture. The pool was clean and lovely. Mr. Adem was a caring and hospitable host. Whenever we asked a question, we received an answer in a very short time. We had a nice experience. We recommend it.

Because my flight was arriving at 7 AM., I asked Jonah if early check-in would be ok. He said yes without even asking the time and he was there to check us in at 10 AM. He also arranged airport pickup and drop off. The place is within 15 minutes of walk to historical sites and 3 minutes from bus and metro stop. It lacks sitting area but more than sufficient for family of 5 to sleep comfortably. Very clean and quiet area. I would stay again if visiting Istanbul again.

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

We had an amazing stay at Seyid’s place! Seyid was super responsive and even let us check in early! We loved how close things were and how walkable the area was.

The host prepared everything in advance that I don’t have worry about anything …. All the guidance was provided in advance about location. There are nice restaurants and beautiful sea site nearby. Amazing location on Asia side, right next to Pier and spoilt for choice on amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Very nice cosy home with everything you need for a comfortable family stay. We didn’t get to meet Zeyneb but she was always responsive and helpful with recommendations via message. However, we did get to meet her Mother who was an absolute Angel and helped us check in and out- we all dearly miss her! Please give our regards to her once again and thanks for hosting us!
