I had a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful. Marlene was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was certainly planned by an architect or interior designer, all in very good taste! The cleaning was impeccable, the toilet was marked as having been disinfected, the property smelled clean, everything was in perfect condition. The instructions that are provided are very clear, both those sent by Airbnb and those on the labels around the apartment and utensils. It was the most professional Airbnb I've ever stayed at, the owners certainly have strict procedures so that everything runs smoothly, and on top of that, it's close to everything. Rating 11.

The place is identical to the listing, extremely clean and organized. The condominium's facilities make stays much easier, in addition to having a great location.

Savana Valley is simply spectacular! The cabin is very tasteful, super well equipped and full of details that make a difference. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bed linens are impeccable and fragrant, making everything even more cozy. The place has a unique energy, perfect for those seeking peace and contact with nature. And the waterfall? Sensational! A perfect getaway in São Francisco Xavier. It's really worth it!

The stay at Casarao Ateliê was delightful! Flat house, clean land, quiet place and surrounded by nature! there is a nice space to make a fire, hammocks on the balcony, as well as a mattress for use during the day on the balcony too (great for taking a nap in the afternoon). the house was super clean, full kitchen! access is by dirt road, but without any problem (I went in a season without rain). Ligia was attentive and available to give tips. for those who want to disconnect in the middle of nature, I highly recommend it!

The house is impeccable! Very pleasant environments, fully integrated, complete, well-equipped, quality trousers, and the magnificent view that invades the house from all sides…All in good taste, careful in the details. We don't miss anything! Everything true to your listing photos or even better! The only point I would warn those who want to go enjoy this wonder is that the access is not trivial. It is a very high place, with access by a dirt road, which although in good condition and with several concrete sections, still needs a certain preparation of the car and the driver. Mainly if there is rain. As for the support of our hosts Henrique and Ciça, we only have compliments. Always kind, it passed all the information and guidance with speed, precision and attention. We will keep in the great memory of this holiday - of the house and of San Francisco Xavier.

The apartment is super complete and was great for our stay. It contains an equipped kitchen and 3 suites that housed 4 people comfortably.

The home is good, quiet, and the internet is fast. The host is attentive and the location is close to bakery and small markets. The only downfall is that the building does not have an elevator, the AP being on the fifth floor. Would recommend !
