Mary Graces listing is probably one of the best, if not the best AirBnb I have stayed in. She was very friendly, and responsive. The unit is a FROG or Full Residence over Garage, but had all the amenities of an apartment. Comfortable couch, big television, good AC, stocked kitchen, and comfy bed (on the softer side, but that's what I like). Bathroom was the crown jewel, I'm envious of the shower head, and amazing water pressure, my Son enjoyed taking baths in the deep tub. Mary was very sweet and even sent us local recommendations of things to do. If you're visiting Worlds of Fun, you can't get any closer, don't think twice just book!

The best place to stay in downtown for the price , right in the middle of the best places walking distance that KC has to offer . The home is very comfortable , squeaky clean , amazing views with amazing things to do both inside and outside . The hosts also reply very fast which makes them very reliable ! Well definitely stay here again .

This place was absolutely amazing! It was super easy to find, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to so many great restaurants, cafes, and interesting spots to explore. Whether we were walking around or taking a quick ride, everything we needed was nearby. The host was equally fantastic—very communicative and incredibly responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a perfect experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

You CANNOT beat the location for the price. Overall this rental was exactly what we were looking for as far as being close to the river market but having a kitchen and try and save a bit instead of a hotel. We had some issues with cleanliness but they weren’t egregious and I got the impression that it was likely an accidental miss by the cleaners. A few things to note: the building is historic and not only are there stairs plentiful but they are steep and a little uneven. It was fine (if a workout) but if you have any mobility issues at all, friend this one isn’t for you. Also, the building is primarily an office building and directly below is an office that had people working at 9am on Saturday and when I say that I could hear every word they said from my bed I am not exaggerating but ironically the street was super quiet most of the time. Lastly, either ask for extra towels or bring your own bc they give you a minimum and no toiletries. For the money it was ultimately great for us!

Great location with stuff to do in all directions (restaurants, bars, shops, museums). Very walkable! Trevor was easy to work with- even allowing early check in. Place was clean and cute. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were there for 3 days. The place was clean, and the master bed was comfortable. We did have 2 separate incidents of neighbors arguing (in their own homes, loudly, using profanity). One time was especially concerning. However, it did not stop us from feeling safe enough to be outstide in the dark. In the daytime we saw elderly people walking pets. We did use the laundry room once. This section doesn't allow me to type the full description of our experience. I needed to do our laundry at night, so I had either my adult son or husband accompany me. It's not a nice laundry room, and it didn't feel safe to me, but we actually had no problems using it and feeling safe enough. Renters need to know this and just be prepared. I really appreciated that it was available for free for us. This place worked well for our family to go see my son at KCAI. Michelle did an excellent job making the place homey.

We were traveling as a family with a 1 year old. Crody's place was perfect. Having a high chair and pack-and-play was essential. Also the proximity to a park with a playground was great. Definitely a great place to stay.

This was the second time I stayed in this place. It provides everything I need for a relaxing me time get away. Absolutely love Tami, she’s amazing!

The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. It’s a 2 block walk to The Plaza which has so much to do and is a great area to walk around. Street parking was very easy right in front of the building. I would absolutely stay here if I come back to Kansas City!

Nice place. Not much to do in the area. Kind of an odd building that I didn’t like but if you don’t mind the warehouse vibe in the middle of a parking lot you won’t mind it.

I had a nice weekend stay in Kansas City. The place was just as advertised. Convenient to restaurants and bars.

Quaint and charming building in ideal location. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee as well as a quick walk to Music Hall, Bartle Hall, etc. There is no central air, but a window unit and on an 80 degree day, it kept up just fine. Water in the shower took a few minutes to get hot, but was plentiful after. Ashley was very responsive with communication and we would definitely stay again.

This property location was near many attractions, parks, restaurants in a very quiet community.

We loved our stay at Abbeys! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and we loved being able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. Great walkable dining and trails and very close to Whole Foods. Our dog was able to use a fully fenced backyard and we were so happy to have peace of mind with him in the home. Would love to stay again!
