Villa holiday rentals in Jackson County

The photos really don’t do the house and surrounding grounds justice. It’s well appointed, with very comfortable beds and furniture and nice linens. The back deck and view of the river is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The property was country clean, a little dust, a couple bugs, much as you’d expect in the country, but the bathrooms and kitchen, furniture, bed and linens were spotless. I also really liked that they had environmentally friendly supplies in the kitchen and laundry. Host was gracious and welcoming. Also quick to respond if messaged.

Joel’s place was amazing, very cozy and super spacious. Great quiet neighborhood close to shopping areas. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and Joels place was perfect for sharing with our adult children and grandkids. It was a really a treat having three full bathrooms too since we were all sharing the house for the wedding. The kitchen is amazing! Heck the whole house is! LOL. Joel was always quick in responding. He was a very gracious host in accommodating us and was able to allow us an earlier check in which was a big help so I could get some of my prepared dishes refrigerated. I highly recommend to book here! :)

We liked staying at the house in which actually the family was living. We felt as if we were welcomed as their family guest. The culture was akin to mine. The artisan wood floor and ceiling made a huge difference on our spirit. Very beautiful house!

Joyce's Ashland home was an absolute dream for our family trip! Two seniors, four adults, two kids got a choice of four wonderful private bedrooms to suit our needs. We also got fabulous views of mountains, forest, duck pond, extensive lawns with outdoor seating and well placed chairs. Indoors was a home with an extensive pantry, every kind of cooking appliance a family of cooks might need, two ovens, a great stove, so many lovely bowls, dishes, linen napkins, table cloths... the cooks and the eaters were happy. The home with its delightfully eclectic furnishings, feels like an old chateau in the French countryside. Roosters roam the back lawn waiting for breadcrumbs to drop. The house is well stocked with a dining room, huge living room, TV, and fireplace. We loved playing charades, watching Harry Potter or just hanging out together. The house invites camaraderie but has plenty of spaces for privacy and quiet time.

Our family rented this home for my son's graduation party . The venue couldn't have been more perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone, the views were AMAZING, and the hosts were more than helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice retreat to stay at with family, or if you just want to go for a little R&R with some amazing views. Added bonus- the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in!!

Excellent for a medium to larger group. GREAT host!! , service. very responsive and helpful. We were a high school basketball team and this worked out great for our trip and stay.

Brian’s home was a great home for our family to use while visiting relatives. The view is beautiful. The AC works great. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
