2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a full-size couch & a dining table that seats 4. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is a full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

It is located less than a mile from I-40 & Arkansas HWY 70. Nice elongated front porch with peaceful overlook of ponds. Entire house to yourself. Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.
