Beachfront holiday rentals in Jaco

We really liked it, the apartment was super well equipped and clean. The area is super quiet if you want to run away from the noise.

We loved our stay at this private little place close to the beach. It's a bit overgrown, which adds to the charm in my opinion, though the walkway to the pool could perhaps be easier to get through with some trimming. It was beautiful and clean, and if it hadn't been for an abundance of mosquitoes swarming the porch, it would have been absolutely perfect, however that's obviously not the hosts fault. 🙂

We had the loveliest time at this beachfront house. The pool is gorgeous - not too warm or cold. It was so refreshing to relax in the pool and stare at the waves. The house is in the best part of Esterillos, right in front of the “mermaid” and the tide pools. The house is well designed and makes use of all the spaces. It was clean and well equipped. You can also walk to the nearby store and there are a few good restaurants just a block or two away walking along the beach. It was an amazing place to share with family, we will be back!

Michel made for a great host. Esterillos Centro is extremely private and convenient to Esterillos Oeste, Hermosa, and Jaco. Plenty of groceries to choose from! We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in a very convenient and peaceful location. House is well stocked with anything you may need from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and pool towels. Host was very helpful and responsive, truly appreciate her hospitality and helpful recommendations on restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Our stay at Lauren’s place in Jacó was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful part of town — just far enough from the main strip to feel relaxing, but still close enough to everything you might need. It had every amenity we could have asked for. You can tell Lauren has truly thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Lauren was incredibly easy to communicate From start to finish, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jacó — you won’t be disappointed! ⸻

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s home it was the perfect location for the places we wanted to visit. Only 1 hour away from Manuel Antonio and about 30 minutes from Jaco and 2 hours from SJO. Read description carefully because you might think you’re renting the entire house but it’s actually divided into 4 different suites and the common areas are shared along with the pool. This is all on the description of the listing it was just a minor oversight on my end but we ended up having an amazing time and are glad we stayed at Tracy’s home. Thank you for having us :)

Fantastic and comfortable condo with views. Direct beach access with all amenities we needed. The gate guards were friendly as well and the common areas felt safe and secure. Thabks for a great stay!

We enjoyed all the facilities that you provided, including that beautiful pool and the various places where we could enjoy meals. The AC units in the bedrooms worked perfectly and very efficiently, which is a real necessity at the beach. We enjoyed the huge top deck and enjoyed the ocean view it provided. The beach was perfect, and it like it was our own private beach. Very private. Stringing hammocks between the palm trees was a real treat for real relaxation with the music of the ocean. The Starlink Wi-Fi was exceptional and never failed and had coverage outside as well. Yeni and Mendoza were such a courteous and a special couple they couldn’t do enough for us. They were there but gave us privacy, yet always willing to help with everything. Mendoza an excellent griller from fish to hamburgers. They were key to us enjoying your beautiful home so much! This was an amazing condo; every room had a partial view of the ocean. The staff at the condo complex were courteous and always helpful. It was a good location, away from noisy bars, but within (long) walking distance or a short drive to all the Jaco bars and restaurants. Laura had some restaurant suggestions which were excellent. We’ve stayed in dozens of condos over the years; this was the best or close.

The place is super cute, the apartment is super equipped with everything needed and more! They thought of every need and the balcony took advantage of the space very well! Very nice decoration of the apartment! I recommend it!

Everyone in our party said it was the nicest placed we stayed on our trip through Costa Rica. Everything inside and out was what you’d expect from an upscale resort. Clean, comfortable, great selection of amenities. And a thoughtful welcome gift. Inside the resort was great restaurants, pools and spas, and of course golf. Nearby are nice eating places, the beach, and attractions. We love staying in Los Sueños we we are in Costa Rica and the Del Mar condo is our top choice.
