Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

The fully enclosed, 200 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (7,5 x 4 ) surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night.

Also, ground floor is equipped with BBQ on beautiful Mediterian garden, and two parking place on the other side of a house.

The apartment is on Jadrija's house in the first row next to the pebble beach itself, but there is no sea view from the apartment. On the ground floor are the kitchen, bathroom, hall, courtyard and staircase, and in the attic two bedrooms with two beds. The house is in a part where there is no automobile traffic. Jadrija is an ideal place for a peaceful, family vacation.
