Everything you need on your vacation in Sibenik is near our apartment; restaurants, monuments, beach, a bus station, ferry station... so you can easily explore Dalmatia and feel the soul of our old town. Apartment is situatetd on the ground floor of historical stone house. It's really cool, so you won't need air condition in your summer home (but we have one, don't worry)

Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Access to the building is possible only by stairs, so the apartment can only be reached on foot and apartment does not have its own parking. Rooms are located in the magnificent House Poletti-Deljac, stone build 15.st house in the main, Kalelarga Street, just 200m from the St. Jacob’s cathedral. Fully renovated in June 2022, equipped with modern infrastructure, but at the same time preserving majority of inside stone walls and decorated with modern art paintings, by Croatian artist. Guest can enter the House Poletti by themselves using electronic front door lock and locked key storage for the rooms.
