Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on sea property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. Det er kun 5 min. ned til sjøen. Til Sauda er det kun 15 min. med bil. Here you will find most things, including swimming pools. Lots of opportunities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences all year round. Svandalen Ski Center is 15 min away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. It is a 2-3 minute walk down to the sea with several swimming and fishing spots. Fantastic hiking areas nearby, for example Lølandsnuten and Fattnesnuten. The house has a common room downstairs with a kitchen, wooden oven and big table.Here you can prepare the food you need. There is a plug for power and refrigerator. And is possible to make food on a gas cooker. You have access to rowboat in wood and can fish with yarn is a fishing rod. There is bakery oven fyred with wood.
