If you like wide views of rolling hills in Burgundy, this is for you. Fifty kilometers of free view. We've had the neighbor farm house for twenty years+ and still can't get used to it. We (finally) finished renovating this small farm in 2023. It has a new bathroom with floor heating and a shower with a view you'll never forget. The new kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful meal, plus all the modern stuff. There are two work desks, fiber internet and a patio to stare at the sunrise.

Om af te koelen tijdens de zomerdagen, kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van ons gedeelde zwembad met terras en prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp Saint-Saulge ligt op 1,5 km met een supermarkt, bakker en café.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Newly created small cottage that can accommodate up to 2 people (1 bed 140 cm) in a common and secure enclosure with intercom and large parking lot right across. Autonomous entrance. Flexible check-in. This 25m2 studio on the ground floor is brand new with all amenities. Bed made and towels provided as well as cleaning kit. Shops: 3 minutes by car. Nevers: 15 minutes Highway: 10 minutes Quiet studio with large adjoining grounds. You'll feel right at home.

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates … Hikes from the house, games (balls, ping pong, badminton) and bike rental.

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
