Joaquin's house is excellent for enjoying La Cruz. The kitchen is very well equipped for families and the views from the living room are spectacular. The beachfront location is excellent for exploring Banderas Bay and there is Uber service and other apps to get around the area. We hope to return soon!

Excellent apartment, ideal for resting, it is super equipped, private and with an excellent view, everything is in excellent condition, the place is very nice, excellent amenities, we had an amazing time! We will definitely return!

Amazing stay! The views where beautiful, also a + if you’re going with family and want to be away from all the inclusivity of the city. The only slight problem is the drive from all the restaurants but other that that it was a 10/10

This is a fantastic 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a great location on Main Street of Colonia Americana area. The view from the all the windows was awesome which you could see the mountains! There are a lot of restaurants, bars, and clubs in a short walking distance. We weren’t disappointed in any food. It was easy to get Ubers to take us to other parts of town. Only downside is on weekends is the noise from clubs on street. Ear plugs were provided, but we didn’t use them as I was so tired from exploring. It wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

We loved the apartment, the location was very good and you could walk, near Oxxo, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants and good places to go out for drinks. The apartment was clean and tidy.

Breathtaking views of the bay and the marina. Additionally the unit looked down on the pools and beach making it convenient to see our family from above. Quiet and safe. Thank you Betzy for your proactive and timely communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here before and didn’t realized I rebooked the same place after I got married. Still loved it just the same. It’s in the marina with tons of restaurants. All boat tours and activities are a 4 min drive or just a 3 min walk. Love it !

Absolutely incredible stay! The location is perfect — everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away. The area is vibrant and convenient, and peaceful. The view from the place is stunning. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect space for my solo getaway. I felt safe, the space was quiet and peaceful, well located and had everything I needed including high speed wifi. The hosts were always responsive and friendly and checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. It was :) Everything I wanted to do was walkable or a short Uber ride away. I highly recommend!

We normally stay in all inclusive hotels when we visit PV. Tried the condo and really enjoyed it. Provides a lot of options for restaurants and exploring old PV. we will not hesitate to return to this condo.

We had a lovely stay at Patricia’s beautiful home. The place is exactly as described-with PLENTY of room for our family of 7. Patricia could not have been a more gracious host-very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We loved the privacy of this place and felt very safe and secure with our surroundings. This golf course area is good to play, take a walk or run near and the fitness center is top notch! The beach is a bit of a walk to reach, but once there you have a pool and ocean at your disposal. We had a bit of a hiccup with the water heater, but Patricia was dealing with that and I am sure will be fixed in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!! Thank you Patricia for making our vacation stay so enjoyable!!

The house is beautiful and full of unique artwork. The whole house is very private. Our family loved the pool and the rooftop deck; the views are gorgeous. Cassandra is a responsive and helpful host.

Very nice place and the host was quite flexible in terms of check-in and check-out time. The only downside was with the steamer that wasn't working. The pool and jacuzzi in super calientitas.

Very good location, spacious and pleasant rooms

It is a very safe area, ideal for the protection of the family. It has two access filters: one at the entrance of the residential area and another upon reaching the private one where the house is located. It is important to have a car as the property is somewhat away from shopping centers and beaches. The house is just as shown in the pictures, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Also, the host was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better.
