What a beautiful property! Without seeing the other units, I am convinced the bottom floor loft is the best one. The photos do not do the apartment justice—it is HUGE! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and traditional Mexican style. Note that the apartment is street facing and there is noise of passing cars and motorcycles. If you’re a light sleeper, you may be awoken. Otherwise, the enormous garden and beautiful private pool makes up for this. I still rate the property 5 stars and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I loved it, the decoration, distribution and everything in the apartment is what you need to enjoy. Luis, super attentive. The only thing I would add to make the stay more pleasant, would be air conditioning (since in hot weather pfff it gets like a little oven) only in the living room and kitchen area, the room is a little cooler. And it has a fan that does help. but I recommend it 10000%😃😃

A very comfortable and very pleasant place! In a very privileged area of the city, where everything is very close. I highly recommend it, without a doubt, I would look for availability the next time I travel to Guadalajara. The attention and service provided by the host were more than excellent!

The accommodation is as described in the publication. Very cozy and in a very quiet area. Mr. Salvador was very kind and attentive to all concerns, both he and his son were attentive. When I return, I will definitely look to stay with them :)

I enjoyed staying here. The room had AC which was a plus considering how hot it was. The neighbors are kind and there are some spots to get food at night in that same block. The place is also walking distance from the plaza. Host gave us some recommendations for food and was really responsive.

Excellent place with a very good location, the hosts are very friendly and available. I think it's great that they have the luggage storage service to leave suitcases before or after check-in or check-out time.

In my case returning to Casita Jazmin has become a tradition. Every start of summer we return as we feel confident that it is a clean and cozy place. In addition, Rocio's attention has always been impeccable! It keeps constantly on the lookout and is very thoughtful.

Honestly, this has been one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It had an amazing view super clean and organized. The host was super quick to answer. Any questions that I had…highly recommend.!

I've stayed in many places in Guadalajara in the same price range, and what I've learned is that the difference between a good stay and a bad stay are the little things. This apartment got all the little things RIGHT. Loved cold water cooler, the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, amazing patio, abundance of fans, AC, and wifi. I'm in another airbnb right now and wish I was back over there. Will definitely be my first choice for future Guadalajara visits.

If you want to reach a quiet, cozy, nice, functional apartment, with good decor and super comfortable sleep…. This apartment is the best option!!! Very nice apartment clean, safe and comfortable exactly as advertised. The location is great and close to many amenities. Felipa is a wonderful host and easy to communicate.

Excellent, that's why we're still there for another month

It was a really nice place, you can walk easily to downtown and there are a lot of places surrounding, also the apartment has all the services except for the laundry.

EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR US WHO WERE GOING TO COMPETE AT THE NISSAN COMPLEX (DEPORTIVO LOPEZ MATEOS) 5 MIN BY CAR, THE PLACE IS VERY SAFE. IT HAS NO PARKING AND WE LEFT THE CAR OUTSIDE. THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED CLOSE BY, STORE, STATIONERY, BUTCHER (VERY WELL STOCKED WITH GROCERIES, TORILLAS, SOFT DRINKS, TACOS ALL IN ONE PLACE) THE GUADALAJARA PHARMACY CLOSE BY.... IT FULFILLS ITS FUNCTION AT A FAIR PRICE, 100% RECOMMENDED
