Holiday rentals with breakfast in Jamaica

This is one of my most favorite air B&B thus far Jennifer was well accommodating and responsive. Great view, lots of things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend this place loved my stay. Thanks Jenn.

I got this place for my parents, Aunts and uncle. They raved about how nice the unit was and really liked the on-site pool both at the unit and inside the community. They also loved the chef, he was professional and made delicious breakfast. "Five star accommodations" is a direct quote from my mother. I highly recommend this place.

Host was very friendly , he communicated very well no matter the hour . The place was clean with high speed air conditioners. We picked and ate mangoes everyday 😂 I’ll definitely recommend Jerome’s Little Cottage to A Friend.

Our group of six just spent five wonderful days at Maison Bleu. The staff and host made really made the trip memorable for us, nevermind the beautiful setting and amazing sunsets. Thank you to Junior, Tony, Roger, and Natalie for taking such wonderful care of us. And also to Kendra for being so communicative and helping to arrange transportation to several excursions and quickly answering all of our questions. This is a great spot if you're looking for something a bit quieter than the real big tourist areas and resorts. You will be well cared for and feel refreshed. Thank you again to our new friends at Maison Bleu!

First of all let me say the view was everything! The home was as beautiful and spacious as the photos. The pool was pristine and inviting and the children enjoyed it all day. The home felt very safe for my family and has a gate around the premises. We were able to enjoy the beautiful Puerto Seco beach as members of the villa and the children played on the floating water park. We were walking distance to local shops and markets. Close to all the attractions, but nice and peaceful at the home. The attendant Omar was able to get us fresh fish, that was beautifully prepared by Maelyn the chef. The house keepers were helpful but not obtrusive. Overall, I love this home and was not ready to leave. See you next vacation in JA!

Lovely place. Easy to find. We used 4 of the 7 bedrooms. All the beds were comfortable. Lots of space. Nice, very clean pool. Helpful housekeeper Diana is on site most days till late afternoon. If you have laundry, you arrange with her. Big refrigerator, all the cookware you may need. Only qualm is an underperforming stove and oven. If you intend to make any dinners, I suggest you check to see if it has been repaired.

This was a great experience for my wife, the kids and I, one we won’t soon forget. We wanted it to be an authentic Jamaican stay rather than the all inclusive resort feel. The home is well maintained and matches the fotos. The home had everything we needed for a family of 6 and the views from the front balconies were phenomenal. Only downside is the underdeveloped lots right in front between home and ocean and that does affect the view some but it’s a minor thing. We chose to get drivers to get us around and this worked really well but the only other downside is that this home is a good distance from Ocho Rios so either renting a car or hiring a driver is a must. The host Ms Azania and her husband were great at communicating and this really made us feel more comfortable because any issue was addressed quickly. Finally but certainly not least, Ms Dee who takes care of home and lives on first floor helped make us feel like family with her kindness, genuiness and openness. Thanks!

This was my second time renting one if the units at Tim Pappies, and it was just as awesome as the first! The place is super comfy, especially the bed and has everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Portland Parish is such a beautiful place , and this unit us too. The location makes it easy to explore everything - from the beaches to local spots. The host is super chill and always on top of things, which made the whole stay even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to... once more. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with everything you need, this is it!

I felt right at home immediately. This place was squeaky clean , very peaceful and cozy. I was comfortable. The staff was on demand!! I could call and ask for anything 😂 I bothered them actually but they were friendly. Felt like family and they didn’t mind at all.

We stayed at Nadia again because of the experience we had at her place the first time. Clean, quiet and fell like home. I Will highly recommend staying here if you’re on a business trip, or you’re looking for a nice place to chill!

Lighthouse Inn 2 was the peaceful retreat I was searching for my trip in Negril. The studio was squeeky clean especially the kitchen and shower which were easy to use and felt just like home. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe at all times inside the studio and outdoors within the property grounds, which were gated, and included beautiful foliage, singing (and humming) birds, ample tall light posts, two friendly pooches, and peaceful sounds of the forest to keep you company through the stay. The apartment is conveniently located along Constant Spring Rd. There is a gateman 24/7. If you drive, parking is available. Building is quiet. You are in close proximity to Major shopping areas, restaurants and night life. Aaron responds quickly to queries and is quite accessible.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Mrs. Elaine, the house manager met with us, gave us the keys and gave us an amazing tour of the house. Her hospitality is out of this world. She was so kind, so nice and very attentive. On top of that the house was super clean. The house is also very spacious. My kids had a blast and they enjoyed the pool very very much. The location is great and safe location in the mountains. Perfect home away from home. Very cozy and for sure recommend anybody to stay here. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Mrs. Dorrett for allowing us to experience your home. We are very grateful.

Dale’s listing was really more than I was expecting. It was in the perfect area. Very private and secure, walking distance to the beach and many nice restaurants. Dale was very responsive and always had an answer to any of my questions. I would recommend his place to anyone, will be back next time!

Evan's place was great! Evan was very accommodating by letting us check in early. All of his instructions were clear and easy to follow without needing additional assistance. His place looked just like the pictures and felt very homey. The area was nice and quiet and close enough to everything(shopping, nightlife, hipstrip). It was within walking distance of a nice little restaurant to have Jamaican lunch. There also was a grocery store that was about an 18 minute walk(wasn't a bad walk). I'd definitely stay here again on another visit

We were grateful to Faith for her hospitality. She’s an activist for both guest and locals to experience the rich and beautiful culture of the island. We spent one night as we were just passing through on our tour of the island’s parishes. We woke up the next morning to a beautiful vegan breakfast (requested), that satisfied the palate.

I had a great time at the air bnb. I was early and the front desk was kind enough to let me check in early. I enjoy the garden areas, outdoor setting, dining area, and pool! Would definitely stay again! Easy transfer from the airport, as there one way and round trip were such a great price. Bed was comfy and cozy.

Starlight Chalet is a private, peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful place. The gardens, buildings and property are well-maintained with panoramic views of the Blue Mountains. The beds were very comfortable with solid wood poster frames. The bathroom was modern and clean. The room was nicely decorated with paintings of Jamaica on the walls. The staff were friendly and helpful and made sure that we were well taken care of. We went on a driving tour guided by Trelawney, the groundsman for the property. His knowledge of the area is extensive and we learned a great deal from him and enjoyed his charming personality. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our complimentary Jamaican style breakfasts which included Blue Mountain coffee. We also had dinner there and the staff went out of there way to provide us with yam and green bananas and escovitch snapper and fresh tomatoes and cucumber. I highly recommend the Starlight Chalet and plan to return soon for a serene retreat. Thank you!

spent 3 weeks with Mokko and his amazing family. The most amazing fresh food, beautiful scenery, crystal clear creeks, safe and friendly community and all round cool vibes. The property feels like home. I Would recommend to anyone who visits Jamaica to stop in at Mokko’s before you leave! He will look out for you. Very grateful to have crossed paths and already looking forward to returning. Bless up Mokko, Ras and the Family!

I offered Sheril a handshake upon departing and I received a hug....I am a first time user of Airbnb and cannot believe that the experience was so wonderful . Ofcourse I was skeptical at first but upon arrival , all that changed in a heartbeat. I was ushered inside and introduced to everyone and was directed to my room which had the most gorgeous view of the cove below Tower Isle . We interacted as family during my stay and the most delicious breakfast was prepared and ready each morning at the prearranged time...not a minute later....Room is spacious and lines and towels are nice and fresh....It definitely feel like home !

Our stay at Silvana's place was wonderful. The hospitality was great, breakfast was delicious real authentic Jamaican cuisine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt very safe the view, fresh air, and cool breeze was spectacular! My family and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Silvana for being a marvelous hostess.

L&V are two earth angle , kind , helpful, caring, thoughtful. My stay with them felt like vacationing with my favorite auntie. I highly recommend staying with them, you will not be disappointed.

My partner and I were attending a funeral in the Coral Gardens area. The AirB&B was a few streets away from our friends. Close to shops and easy access to everything Montego Bay has to offer. Jermaine made everything accessible for us by giving us lifts to the beach, or to restaurants, as well as showing us some of the tucked away gems in the area. We particularly enjoyed Greenwood Great House. Being picked up from the Knutsford Express bus depot and being returned to the airport at the beginning and end of our stay, took the pressure off. A really successful stay with a great couple who wanted nothing more than to make our time in Montego Bay special.
