Holiday rentals with a kayak in Jamaica

Helena's place was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. We took the entire place, but realize we only needed the upstairs suite after all. Located directly across from the Blue Lagoon's new official entrance gate and centrally located in Portland Parish, everything is within reach. amazing views all around, but breakfast on the patio facing the ocean was hard to beat. Miss Joyce's cooking, however, was the real highlight of our stay. She and Trina did an amazing job making us feel welcome and shared their traditional cuisine. The groundskeeper, Jullian, was excellent at coordinating activities during our visit. We had a truly amazing stay at Star San and hoping to be back one day.

I stayed at Sophie’s place for a quick trip in May and had a great experience. The home was spotless and exactly as described. Sophie and was very pleasant, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It’s clear they take pride in hosting. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable spot with great hosts

I highly recommend this beach house for families or close friends. The host is amazing! she made sure everything was all set upon our arrival. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. This picturesque place has a small stream that leads into the sea, which is just breathtaking. The panoramic view of the crystal clear water was spectacular, I snorkelled and kayaked almost everyday. Be sure to apply your sunscreen. There was something for everyone to do from my 75 year old dad to my 3 year old kid. I will most definately be revisting this gem. Thanks! this made my vacation in Jamaica a memorable one, we felt so safe and had so much fun!

If you are looking for the most peaceful, serene, beautiful ocean view, private snorkeling bay, perfect cabana area with a view that can’t be beat this it is. You feel safe and secure in this well maintained friendly country club. Bedroom up stairs has a view to die for when you wake up and go to bed. Trenton is a super host, friendly and genuinely cares for his guests. Situated at the top of 7 mile beach in a quiet bay on a cliff overlooking the ocean this house has it all. Internet is fast and reliable with all the amenities you need. Rental car is beneficial in Jamaica, don’t be intimidated to drive in Jamaica, there are hidden courtesies and it opens up a whole new world. Cabs are easy to get, just ask security guards, club house or workers and they will assist you. Friendly staff and neighbors make the stay comfortable and felt like home. Live the good life a Trenton’s place! Once you check in you won’t want to check out, we didn’t want to leave and 100% staying here again!

I absolutely adored Scotts Cove Villa. I’m already planning my return for another stay down in the year. Where do I begin… the moment you walk in you felt safe and at home. You are greeted by security in the gated community to check in the villa. Upon arrival the beautiful Scott’s Cove Villa infrastructure is so beautiful sitting right along the south cost with impeccable views you can see on every corner with the warped around balcony. The house was modern, clean, great smelling atmosphere, and easy access to get in and out. We really enjoyed the plunge salt water pool, kayaking, in the caves and getting our feet wet. Beautiful sunsets and the smell of Border seafood right in the back yard. Each morning we were woken up by delicious smelling meals our chef made us, real authentic Jamaican breakfast/ that was just so delicious and flavorful. Justin the host was outstanding he helped us with any little questions we had and even recommended us to local excursions and restaurants.

Our group of six just spent five wonderful days at Maison Bleu. The staff and host made really made the trip memorable for us, nevermind the beautiful setting and amazing sunsets. Thank you to Junior, Tony, Roger, and Natalie for taking such wonderful care of us. And also to Kendra for being so communicative and helping to arrange transportation to several excursions and quickly answering all of our questions. This is a great spot if you're looking for something a bit quieter than the real big tourist areas and resorts. You will be well cared for and feel refreshed. The location of the cottage is beautiful, just outside the village, very quiet and the large garden is impressively landscaped. It is perfect for spending and enjoying a relaxing and restful time. Gisi is a very nice and helpful hostess. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back. Thanks again, Gisi, for the wonderful stay with you.

Unforgettable Villa was absolutely beautiful! My girl friend and I wanted to be in the sun, on the beach, without too many distractions, and that is exactly what we got. The Villa is far from the airport and the roads and rough, which should be considered when booking. The groundskeeper, Juba, was wonderful and definitely contributed to the incredible experience we had during our stay— he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our space. The property itself was very beautiful… being able to walk out onto our balcony each morning to watch the pelicans hunt and the fish jump around, followed by beautiful sunsets in the evening was just breathtaking. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for our little slice of heaven!!

This is our third time staying at Horizon and we will be back again! Have Laga cook all your meals! He’s a phenomenal cook.

Just a magical place! No, these are not "fancy" accommodations, but they are not meant to be. The cabin is intended to blend with the surroundings. You feel as if you are in the jungle yet steps away from the pristine Caribbean waters. Beds were comfortable and all amenities needed were available. If you enjoy nature, strolling and exploring beautiful landscapes, and combing the private shorelines for shells and other treasures, this place is for you.

We stayed 8 days in this cabon and had sooooo re best time! France was our host....always willing to do anything and always willing to go above and beyond! Ideal for those who don't like 'the resort places'.....who have everything and are willing to go back to almost nothing.......Ocean in front of the cabin with such a nice beach..... Not suitable for the traveller on a budget since everything is so expensive..... Will start saving money now so that soon we can return!

First, Ami and Dishni are great!! They make you feel right at home and are helpful to anything you need. The place was nice and exactly as described. The view itself was breathtaking and so relaxing. I wish we would’ve booked an extra night. Until next time!

Half moon beach is a haven from the spring break party vibe at negril. The picturesque beach is so secluded, it’s like having your own prívate beach, everyone there is so friendly, it feels like your own private resort where everyone knows your name. The cottages are right on the water too! You will have the best rest at Half moon.
