Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Our cozy cottage is located in the middle of the Danish Nature Foundation's beautiful areas – just a few steps from the beach. From all windows there are views of the unique dune landscape. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the sound of the sea and the beautiful path that leads you directly to the beach through the dunes. The house is ideal for couples or families who want a holiday in nature – close to the sea and surrounded by rich biodiversity. Right outside the door you will find birdsong, butterflies and a variety of wildlife that makes the stay very special.

Enjoy your holiday close to forest and beach! The house is located at Svinkløv Plantage and only a few hundred meters from the North Sea. Great for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. Cozy year-round house used as a cottage in the North Jutland holiday town of Løkken. Located just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with room for 6 people and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

NOTE : It is not allowed to charge electric cars through the summerhouse installations due to a fire. We do not rent to youth groups.

“Backyard” - Annex in garden close to beach & city

Backyard ☀️🏡⛱️ In the backyard of our townhouse, there is a newly built and cozy annex with high ceilings. Close to the beach, city and shopping, and with its own terrace, where dinner can be grilled and enjoyed until the last rays of the sun. There is room for 4 adults, divided into one bedroom on the ground floor and in addition a loft on the 1st floor. The annex has its own terrace and entrance, but includes the possibility of a "good morning" to us, as it is located in our backyard 👫🏼👋🏻 Free parking on public roads.

Romantic hideaway

One of Limfjord's oldest fishing houses from 1774 with a fantastic history is decorated with exquisite designs and is located only 50 meters from the beach on a large private south-facing plot with outdoor kitchen and lounge area with direct views of the fjord. The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water
