It is located within walking distance from all major city sites and turist attractions. Lake Palic is only 6 kilometers(3.5 mi.)away, with easily accessible motorway connection. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely parkolási lehetőséget kínál, 150 m-re, őrzött parkolóban ,ahol a lakáshoz a kulcsot is át tudják venni. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

A szobák külön bejáratúak, a konyha és fürdőszoba teljesen felszerelt. A házhoz tartozik egy kicsi pihenőudvar. Ingyenes parkolás a ház előtt. Gyermekeket szívesen látok, kiságy van, de etetőszék nincs. Egyedül utazó vendéget 3 éjszakánál hosszabb időre nem fogadok.
