Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Järfälla Municipality

Lisa and Martin were great hosts! It's a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. It's removed enough from the city to feel a little calmer but still very convenient and easy to get downtown. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time there. The location on the water is absolutely great. We got into town either by bike or by public transport. Communication with Börje was always very good. We can only recommend the accommodation.

The house is an oasis of calm in a busy city. It retains many of its fin-de-siecle features and is very comfortable. We were able to sit out in the garden for drinks and our dinner and felt very private. It was easy to get into the centre of town via a short bus ride and then a 15 minute ride on the underground. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the lounge/dining room was large enough for four adults to eat and then sit comfortably. We did not try the TV. The kitchen was well appointed and well equipped and there would be no problems cooking and there is a small dishwasher. I would point that guests with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs and the bath/shower. We were a party of four 65+ year olds and we had no issues, but the stairs are not the easiest and getting in and out of the high bathtub and then squatting/kneeling to shower may cause some people a problem. Tereza was a fantastic host and I highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and calm.

Lovely location and lovely place to stay! Almost perfectly splits the difference between the airport and Stockholm city and transport links were easy. The host was lovely and super responsive and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful host and a dreamlike house. I booked with a large group of friends and Anna was incredibly helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with even with our awkward requests for sleeping arrangements. Check in instructions were clear and concise and Anna was warm and friendly when welcoming us and communication was fantastic. Anna always responds quickly and just as friendly. The house itself was just incredible. The good weather meant that we could get the pool open a little earlier this year and the sauna was a great addition too. It’s very spacious and just a lovely place with a well equipped kitchen, very clean and great amenities for indoor and outdoor dining. Good transport links to Stockholm centre (approx 15 min walk to train station). Me and my friends had a great time and have made some wonderful memories thanks to Anna and her lovely home.

Great house in a nice, quiet location! The house was very clean, and it was easy to communicate with Alex and Emma. We enjoyed evening swims at the nearby dock. We also enjoyed swimming and kayaking at Solviksbadet a few tram stops away. We greatly appreciated that Alex and Emma had removed some of their stuff, so there were plenty of drawers and closet space available. Thank you for being such terrific hosts!

Incredibly nice house, and perfect for larger groups! The spa area, jacuzzi and pool were the icing on the cake!

What a beautiful home! My family of five stayed at this wonderful home with amazing views for 5 nights. There was plenty of space for all of us, the kitchen was great and the beds were comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the metro with access to all of Stockholm. Nina met us at the home and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Beautiful place, responsive host and easy connection to the city center with the metro. The arena was 10 minutes away by foot which was perfect since we came for the Bruce Springsteen concerts. Recommend🙏

Nice and helpful response! Since we arrived when it was dark, it was a bit tricky to find because it felt like you were driving wrong when you drove into the long driveway but daytime everything was clear! Great place to stay! We were four adults who didn't know each other very well and there was plenty of space. Comfortable sturdy double beds in two of the rooms. The extra bed behind the drapery/alcove in the living room worked 👍

If you could give 10 stars, we would. The place is fantastic. Even nicer than in the pictures. Helena and Magnus are wonderful hosts who leave nothing to be desired. Whether sauna, a hot bath in the Jacuzzi or the best tips for the area, you get everything from them. For us an absolute plus: the cozy construction trailer, a few meters to the lake and - oh - just everything.

Had a great stay. Easy to communicate with Amina and the location was perfect for a peaceful weekend break in the big city.

Christian's apartment was brilliant. It was clean, tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Christian provided some very useful information about the surrounding district and was always quick to respond when needed. It's in a great location in Solna, a few minutes walk to the Metro and then about 15 minutes to the Central T to get everywhere else in Stockholm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stockholm.

I would have given 6 stars if it was available. We had been traveling Scandinavia for the last couple of weeks and Oliver and his father’s spot was easily our favorite. He was very accommodating and helpful. We had bad weather a couple of days and he did everything he could to make it up to us. Went above and beyond in every aspect. I even got to catch some Swedish fish in their lake! He set the boat in and had fishing poles. I hope I get to go back some day!

Our stay at Johan's was incredible! We felt so at home in his lovely house. Johan was the perfect host, offering recommendations, quick responses to questions and making us feel welcome and accommodated. Highly recommend this place if you are wanting a peaceful setting in a lovely home!

Very nice and cozy house with several fresh, clean and cozy rooms. Large lovely garden, wonderful surroundings with nice walking paths both on gravel roads and in the forest. Close to municipal transportation and a good grocery store. Good and clear information from Jimmy and Pernilla, easy to get in touch with and great care for our dogs who were welcomed with water and food bowls, dog bags, tick remover and scissors! We are incredibly pleased with our stay and will be more than happy to return. Highly recommend this nice and fantastic accommodation - especially to you with pets! / Linda & Co.

We loved our stay at Petra's house. We were in Stockholm to visit our son who is doing an internship, and he was delighted to have a break from his dorm to be in this welcoming and beautiful home. We loved the peaceful neighborhood, a short walk to the tram and also to trails along the water. Getting into town was so easy with the tram just down the road! We loved the light in the apartment. The home is beautiful and welcoming, and there was plenty of space for our family! We adored the local cafe, Gateau, and the market. In the evening all the houses has beautiful lighting, making it feel magical. Petra gave us great recommendations! We felt so welcome!

Beautiful house with a charming garden, terrace and outdoor hot tub. There was a grill available and everything you need was in the house. The owner was very responsive and allowed us to check in several hours before the official time. Spacious living room with a very good kitchen. You could feel like home. Private parking on the premises. We were extremely happy to spend time in this fantastic property 25 minutes drive from the center of Stockholm.

What an amazing week we had in this wonderful Stockholm villa! We, two adult couples and our four children, really enjoyed every moment in this spacious home. The house was perfect for our large group, with plenty of room for both privacy and communal activities. The villa had everything we needed – a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a garden that the kids loved. They spent hours outside while we adults enjoyed the tranquility in the beautiful surroundings. Despite the proximity to the city, the area was surprisingly peaceful, giving us a perfect balance of city life and relaxation. The location was also ideal with easy access to commuter trains. The hostess, Mette, was incredibly accommodating and made our stay extra memorable. We highly recommend this home to others!
