Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Tucked inside a quiet, secure gated community, this Airbnb was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability. The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and tastefully decorated to make us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is great—just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The host was super friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. If you're looking for a relaxing, budget-friendly stay in Nuevo Vallarta with a touch of local charm, this is it. We'll definitely be back!

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

Although our was overshadowed by extremely loud and unexpected construction noise from the adjacent unit that ultimately resulted in us checking out 4 days early and having to find another place to stay, I am still giving this property and the Samson Waters team 5-stars. The pictures speak for themselves. It’s a gorgeous setting, the place is spotless and exactly as pictured. The sunset views from the patio are 10/10 and the lounging by the pool was a quiet and peaceful experience. As for the jackhammering of ceramic tiles that was happening on weekdays from 10am-4pm, it ruined our stay but the team at Samson Waters was very responsive, sympathetic and helpful in meeting up to tour another one of their properties as an alternative option. That place too was very nice but not to our desires so we opted to move elsewhere and they kindly apologized and refunded us for the remaining days. Not all vacations go as planned but knowing the team you are working with cares is priceless!

el lugar esta lindo, la atención de Martha excelente, solamente si considero que le hace falta mantenimiento al departamento, uno de los inodoros se tira el agua del tanque constantemente, tuvimos algunos imprevistos con la presión del agua un par de días. El edificio bien, y las albercas y todo

El predio donde está ubicado el departamento es excelente, con dos piscinas, acceso a la playa, vistas fabulosas, guardia permanente, y estacionamiento en el subsuelo. La zona esta rodeada de verde y naturaleza, es tranquila, segura y con muchas opciones para comer. El departamento de Ana es impecable, muy amplio, cómodo y moderno. Los electrodomésticos, ropa de cama y los colchones de primera calidad. Ana es muy amable y atenta. Super recomendado!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us for the last month. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous - so spacious. It was more beautiful than the photos. We never really used the second bedroom. We loved the amenities and the friendly and helpful staff. We used all except the games room and the hammocks. Having the Marina shopping center across the street was indeed a big bonus. We loved walking the neighborhood…got down to the beach and spent many evenings trying the offerings at the great open air restaurants around the Marina and the hotels and Beach Club. We no longer golf but the course would have been a real bonus. Given that the Marina district terrain is far flatter than the Romantic Zone it is better suited for seniors where climbing and cobblestone can be hazardous and yet it has a more real mexican vibe than what we saw of the Hotel Zone. Uber is reasonable and can get you down to the Malecon in minutes. I highly recommend Bernardo’s property.

This place was perfect for pool lounging and taking in the amazing views it has to offer! Nicely equipped gym. Beautiful jacuzzi on balcony.

Un gran lugar para hospedarse, con todas las amenidades y una gran ubicación

Nuestra host Adriana nos atendió muy bien desde la llegada. Tomamos sus recomendaciones para viajar a conocer las playas cercanas. El departamento está de lujo, nos encantó. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen rato. Muy tranquilo y con vista preciosa. La caminata al pueblo es ligeramente pesada la subida, pero si tienes un poco de condición física sin problema vas y vienes. Recomiendo sin duda que tengan una estancia en este lugar. Muchas gracias por todo!

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

The condo is so spacious. The views are panoramic and spectacular. The community itself is really secure and serene. This is a great place for everyone who values peace and beauty over the downtown scene. It's easy to get downtown when you want to, but an escape like this is much harder to find. But now you have. Book it!

Excelente lugar para pasar tiempo en familia y relajado, el departamento es muy bonito y muy limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto, solo agregaria unas cazuelas de teflon. el lugar es muy limpio, ordenado, las albercas muy limpias y las areas comunes siempre limpias. regresaria sin duda alguna, la atencion de Salvador fue increible siempre al pendiente y con pronta respuesta. lo recomiendo mucho,

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

El departamento estaba impecable y muy bien equipado. La cocina llena de electrodomésticos que hacen la estancia muy amena, y aparte un closet pequeño con cosas super útiles para la playa. No tengo ninguna queja, estamos muy contentas con todo.

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

Fue realmente acogedor y lindo, muy completo y funcional. La anfitriona súper atenta, solo hay que seguir las reglas externar al pie de la letra pero el apartamento fenomenal, así que si quieres pasar unos días agradables sin duda contra.

Gracias por cuidar cada detalle de un departamento lleno de calidez y excelente gusto. La cocina perfectamente equipada y todo en general súper limpio y en buen estado la verdad, toallas y sábanas limpias sin cabellos, las camas cómodas, 10/10 todo la verdad, sin duda volveremos! 😃 Excelentes todas las amenidades que ofrece Maritima beach y el personal muy amable, muy buen servicio. Sugerencias: El triturador necesita que se use con cierta frecuencia y mantener el drenaje libre de residuos que pueden atorarse y obstruir por falta de movimiento Persianas enrrollables..especialmente las de blackout de las recamaras Demasiado grandes y pesadas. Y es muy facil se atoren en las puertas de aluminio de ventanales.

Perfect place to stay! It was close to everything. The place was nice and clean. The view was perfect and everyone was very nice and responsive!! Will definitely be back!
