A historic farmstead by the Põltsamaa River. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river.

Ideaalne asukoht aktiivsetele puhkajatele, kuna paikneb vahetus läheduseses Tapa tervise- ja suusaradadele ja disc golfi rajale. Majas kõik mugavused - wc, dušš, köögitehnika, potid-pannid, söögiriistad ja -nõud jms. Elutoas suur söögilaud ja diivan. Õues kasutamiseks on söegrill, terrassiala, muruplats erinevateks õuemängudeks. Lisatasu eest pakume mõnusat ovaalsauna, mis mahutab korraga lavale 4-5 inimest.

You can enjoy a pleasant privacy.
