We so appreciated the host’s responsiveness and flexibility! The property was clean and each bedroom felt spacious. The location was wonderful and so walkable!

This space was perfect for two adults and two four year olds. We had a great time at Hilton Head steps away from the beach and the pool, scootering distance to the park at Coligny, and an easy drive to other attractions on the island. The unit has a great view and the kitchen was equipped with all we needed for cooking dinner, a quick lunch, and making smoothies. When we had a question, Heather was responsive, and check in/out went smoothly. I would definitely use this location as our home base for a beach trip again!

This location is within walking distance to Harbour Town and its lighthouse. We rented bikes that were delivered and rode around for exercise and sightseeing. It was quiet and clean and the host was responsive and extremely helpful. I would definitely bring my family here again.

Meg was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo was well supplied and beach accessories available, which is very helpful.

Really can't express how great of a location this is, we were able to walk and retreat as needed. So much to do with being in the center of everything. Thanks and had a blast!

Great place to stay. Great Location

Lovely little beach getaway perfect for our family of 5 with grown kids! Fed turtles and saw a gator from our balcony! Enjoyed the the beach chairs, towels, and cart for the beach! Very convenient to all we wanted to do! Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook. Beds were clean and comfy! Would defintely book again!

We had a great stay here. The unit was very clean and worked very well for us. You cannot beat the location. The pool is great and great beach location. Everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend.

This home was beautiful, clean, and extremely well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for family meals. The location was ideal for both beach time and exploring the island shopping and dining districts.

Great place to stay with family. The home was clean and spacious. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.

The space was perfect for our family of 4. Coligny plaza is a 3 minute walk from the complex and the beach is a 5 minute walk. You are secluded yet right in the heart of everything.

Our family of 5 really loved the location of the property. Great access to the beach with some shops and restaurants nearby. The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Our only complaint was the 9am checkout time. We felt a bit rushed trying to get the family ready and make sure we followed the check-out instructions. All in all a great vacation.

The townhouse was as advertised. Each bedroom had a television, bathroom and plenty of linens. The home was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. The back deck was relaxing and gave each of us a chance for morning coffee in peace. The location was well located. It was only a short walk to lighthouse, marina and shops. All the golf courses we played were outside of Sea Pines but within a 20-30 minute drive. Next time we would rent bikes to explore more of Sea Pines. I would definitely stay there again and Darcy was a great host.

We loved our stay! We were able to bike and take the trolley to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and shops. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was beautiful. Our family of teens loved the location and we were comfortable letting them bike places on their own. We saw a lot of wildlife from deer to alligators!

We spent a week in this condo with our two toddlers. We loved the condo & the community it is located within is beautiful and quiet. The beds & couches are really comfortable. Big fluffy towels are provided and the place was very clean! We enjoyed the pool being such a short/easy walk from the condo. We wished the beach was a closer walk as we had lots to carry/tote along with kids and it was about a 10-15 min commute on foot. The wagon, chairs, umbrellas and all the extra toys and beach accessories provided at the condo were wonderful!! The owners had quick communication when we had a question during our stay. Overall great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location near Coligny Beach and its shops and restaurants. Condo was super clean and comfortable with nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient to have a wagon and chairs for the walk to the beautiful beach.

We had a great escape to Hilton Head! We’ve stayed in this complex before and what a great find. Easy 5 min walk to beach, easily walkable to Coligny, the “pirate” playground, and the Bank. Wonderful layout for our family (2 kids under 12). The kids loved the close access to the pool. Great outdoor dining and a stocked kitchen- couldn’t ask for more!

Loved the location! Walkable to Coligny beach and all the local shops and restaurants. Also easy to ride bikes from this location. We had an issue with the AC toward the end of our stay but the owner responded quickly with a repairman and fixed it.

The place was amazing for my family of four! With two young children, you couldn’t beat the location!
